Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. We first got Angel 8/25/2021 when her current owners had to move and couldn't take either Angel or her sister Daisy. This is what we were told then: She love carrots and ice cubes. She must check around the house and fence when let outside. Will try to hide toys from her sister outside. Won't become aggressive with her sister if she takes it. Will climb fence if she see's a dog or cat outside of the fence. Not sure if it's aggressive because she's also wagging her tail but barking. Says hello to anyone who walks by the fence. We give her a biscuit when she comes in the house and part of that same biscuit after outside. She likes her mouth dried after a drink inside the house and we also give training treats for it. Loves being on the couch and will bark at the couch if blocked. Loves to snuggle. , If she see's someone upset she will use her paw to pull them in for a hug. Must be around that person afterwards too. Angel is at Old Farm Kennels in Florence and you are welcome to stop in and visit with her seven days a week.  Please call first to make sure it is a good time 406 273-6837  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 4, 2024, 6:40 pm

Ty is wonderful with our kids. He is also great with cats, often letting them lay and sleep with him. He can be silly and loves to be around us and to be pet and played with. While he is sweet, he is very good at letting the crying coyotes know he's in charge. We've have heard them at different times, but we've never seen them when he's on patrol.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 6, 2024, 5:38 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Sully! Sully is a 3 year old Great Pyrenees mix who was dumped at an overcrowded, high kill shelter in California by his previous owners. Shelter environments are incredibly difficult for dogs – they’re cold, dark, very loud, scary, and unknown. Given how over capacity these shelters are, there is also less than ideal interaction between dogs and shelter workers. Sully's story is that he was allowed to go into a play pen with many other dogs shortly after his intake. During this time, Sully and another dog began fence fighting which ultimately led to another nearby dog being redirected on by Sully. Since that moment, Sully had not stood a fighting chance of getting out of that shelter. The good news – there are some amazing people who seek out these cases and advocate for these dogs. Since October 20, we have worked diligently to find a partnered rescue to pull Sully, did a rescue to rescue transfer, got Sully neutered and UTD on shots, got him out of the shelter and into a boarding facility where he received a much needed grooming, and transported to us in Florence, Montana. I’m so relieved to say that this beautiful boy will never know that cold, dark, secluded life again. Welcome to the Big Sky, Sully. We’re beyond happy to have you. We are looking for a foster or adopter for Sully. As you can tell, this is a true rescue case meaning most everything we know about Sully is what is above. We don’t know if he’s good with goats, chickens, sheep, cats, etc. We do know that he loves people but we don’t know the rest of his personality aside from what we know from breed experience. We are looking for a foster or adopter who is willing to take it slow with Sully so that he can ease into his entirely new life. If you want to be a part of this boy’s journey, please submit an application with us today!
