Hi, I’m Brooklyn, a 4-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog blend, and I weigh in at 97 pounds of pure, snuggly joy! I’m the big ol' teddy bear you’ve been looking for—just imagine me with my happy, smiley face and a heart full of love. I’m super sweet, energetic, and ready to bring happiness to your home!
I’m housebroken (yay!), and while I’m not totally crate trained, I’ve been doing pretty well with going back into my kennel when it’s time. I’m also easy on the leash—walks and hikes are some of my absolute favorite things, and I know how to follow along without pulling. It’s even better when there’s a treat involved, but I’m smart enough to catch on when we’re working together!
Speaking of treats, I’ve learned a bunch of fun commands! I can give you a "high five," lay down, sit, and even "boop snoot" (my favorite!). I also know how to "hop up," "catch," and "wait," though I’ll admit, I can be a little stubborn if there’s no treat to sweeten the deal. But don’t worry—I’m a quick learner, and I’m always ready to show off my skills!
When it comes to playing, I’m a total goofball. I love playing tug-of-war, fetch, and I’ll happily play with any toy you give me—though, fair warning, I can be a little rough on them. I also love using my paws for everything! I might get a little too enthusiastic sometimes, but it’s all in good fun, and I promise I don’t have a mean bone in my body.
I’m good with all kinds of animals—dogs, cats, chickens, and even other livestock. I’m friendly and gentle, and I’m really good with kids too! I know the word "careful" and will always be gentle with the little ones, especially when they’re around.
I do have one little quirk—if I get really bored, I might dig (it’s just a habit, nothing personal). So, I’d do best with an active family who has a large yard with a tall fence where I can run around and have a blast. A fun and busy home is my ideal place, where I can get plenty of exercise and love.
