Story
Very sweet puppy, I would recommend a yard with a fence so he can run and play, a doggie door. He will go to the door when he when he needs to go out, he loves to go on walks. He knows the word drop it when he picks stuff up on the walk. He knows it. He’s very treat motivated. He is a mini and up on all his shots. He will sleep with you on the bed. He likes to sleep right near you. He is allergic to whatever my condo association treats the yards with. I can’t afford to get the medication and every green space in our whole condo neighborhood is treated with the same chemical. It is pet friendly however he is sensitive to it.

 She is a beautiful solid Black German Shepherd and Poodle mix, almost 2 years old, up to date on all shots and has been fixed. She has high energy and loves all people, has never been aggressive but will lick you all over. She has been an outdoor farm dog since we got her in Jan. 2023 and loves to run around and play. Available dogs are met by appointment only and pre-approved adopters ONLY.Our dogs are currently in a foster homes which can answer your questions better than anyone else. We promise our fosters that we will qualify all potential adopters before we ask them to communicate with potential adopters.The application is the first step. Pleae complete the adoption (or foster) application here: https://www.russellrescuetn.com/application-for-adoption/You will be contacted if further information is needed.  We are 100% volunteer powered. Volunteers process the applications and need time above their personal needs and full-time jobs to process the apps.Please have patience. We do not have any paid staff members. Our adoption fee is $300 which includes spay/neuter, DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies, HW check, and microchip. Russell Rescue dogs are fostered in the Middle Tennessee area. We do not ship/transport our dogs, so the approved adopter must be willing to travel to Tennessee. Russell Rescue will try to first place our rescue dogs locally or in surrounding states.Russell Rescue is not open to the public for visiting hours.
