I have a dilemma and thought maybe you would be able to help me. I’ve been in rescue for quite a while and I really thought that I would be able to find my forever home by now! My name is Aramis. I am a miniature poodle (mix?), about 8-10 years young, 17 lbs, fully vetted and microchipped. I was found as a stray and taken to a shelter and then to a few foster homes. They’ve been great but they’re not “home”. My house manners are pretty good, and once I get used to my new surroundings and with your guidance and patience we should be great! I’m quite smart! I only had one (awful) tooth left and it needed to be removed. (No biting issues here!). At some point, I had a painful infection in my eye, so that had to be removed as well. I can see just fine with the other one though, no problem! I might be a bit shy at first, but I truly do want to get to know you and it won’t take long. I can sit with you and watch TV or go on walks so I can show you off! You can tell me anything and I’ll keep your secrets (mum’s the word!).
