Story
Oscar♥️ He is a lover and a huge snugglebug. He likes to invite himself into your space, leaning up against you for affection and pets. He is content to just snuggle :) He lights up when he sees you walk into the room. Huge smile and body wiggles ♥️ His are the best! Sometimes he gets a little over stimulated with the affection and attention and can get a little mouthy :/ He gets excited every time he gets to spend time with his humans. Oscar loves his walks. He gets so excited for them he sometimes pulls on his leash. There are just too many things to see and smell! When outside, Oscar likes to sit by his humans or on their feet. He loves to have you close. His humans give him security and comfort ♥️ He is good at using the bathroom when outside. He also keeps a clean crate :) He is wonderful with dogs, playful and social. Despite his super happy temperament, Oscar had a sad past. Oscar has a huge affinity for toys, but the sad thing is he lives in fear that these toys will always be taken away from him. He must have been teased very badly with toys (and treats). Someone must have made him believe that he was getting toys (or treats) and then cruelly took them away from him or not given them to him at all. This has now caused him to feel he must be on guard to protect them, so he doesn't lose them. So long as you don't reach for his toys, he is content to just chill, or else he will be on the alert. When he sees toys, he wants to pull towards them but if you give him a gentle tug and redirection, he listens. Oscar is 3 years old, 70lbs Bernedoodle. He is looking for a family who will indulge him with pets and snuggles and help him build up his confidence. Because of his need to protect his toys, an adult only family, no kids or other dogs is best. If you are looking for a companion who loves bottomless snuggles, Oscar is your boy! He is just a sucker for love and attention :)
