11/24/24- This is one hunk of a dog, his pictures do no justice. He is a very xx- large dog. Please make sure you can handle this large of a dog. He does occasionally pull on the leash. He was brought back to his original owner, they were going to take him to the dog pound. No fault of his own. He is a very mellow guy. He rides well in the car. He is enjoying the city life. He came from the country and his 2nd owners had no time as they were always at work. He enjoys children and loves everyone he meets so far. I left him in my front yard and walked away. He was over the fence in no time 4 & 1/2 feet. I can leave him him outside if I go inside my house. He will sit on the porch. Story
Our sweet boy, Hank, needs a new home. He is 4 years old, and the sweetest dog you've ever met. He is big and loving and a very handsome boy. Unfortunately, he has IVDD which has injured his spinal cord. He did not need surgery, but he does need a lot of care and attention to get him back to walking on his own. He has deep pain sensation in his right hind leg, but is unable to move it. He has hip dysplasia requiring a right hip replacement 1.5 years ago. His left hind leg is weak, but he had already gained enough strength to stand on it on his own. We have to express his bladder multiple times per day, but before his incident (around Thanksgiving) he was house trained fully. He can hold his poop until you are ready to take him out, but has had accidents due to immobility. He will require a lot of love, but he will absolutely repay it in kind. We have a full harness and containment fence to keep him contained while he heals.

We welcomed Teddy into our family through a friend when he was just 8 weeks old. Now, at 3 years old, Teddy has grown into an incredibly sweet and playful companion. He’s great with other dogs and kids, making him a wonderful addition to any family. Teddy is a bit skittish at times, but it’s all part of his endearing personality. He still has a bit of that puppy energy, which means he’s always up for a game or an adventure. But when it’s time to wind down, Teddy is a total cuddler who loves being close to his people. We’re looking for a loving home where Teddy can continue to thrive. He’s a bit of a goofball and will bring a lot of joy and laughter to the right family. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, and playful dog, Teddy could be the perfect match for you!
