Story
Luther will lap up your love! This big, beautiful Bengal was (very!) reluctantly surrendered when members of his family developed allergies to his gorgeous leopard-print coat. His owner bought him in South Korea when working abroad and thought he was hypoallergenic. The family tried everything (puffers, separate rooms, etc.) to keep him, but to no avail. This friendly boy is used to being a beloved pet and will make his new family so happy. ABOUT LUTHER:-In foster-Young, Bengal, male-Luther is a playful, fun-loving cat. -He is a confident boy who will greet strangers at the door and drop down beside visitors for pets and attention. -Luther loves company and affection. -Luther prefers to sleep stretched out. Is this so his stunning coat (which he adores having brushed) can be admired? -Luther is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations. LUTHER’S IDEAL HOME:-Luther must be the only cat in the house. -Luther is great with kids. They match his playful energy!-Bengals are a highly social breed and Luther would be happiest in a household where there are multiple family members to interact and play with him. -He hasn’t yet been exposed to dogs. -Luther has a mild heart murmur, but no medication is needed. - Due to the expected number of applications for Luther, we are only considering applicants who can provide a vet reference in their name, as the primary owner. If you’ve been looking for a loving cat to add joy to your home, Luther is the cat for you. Schedule a meet and greet right now as this handsome boy will have lots of suitors. If you have any questions about Luther or the adoption process, please contact cats@etobicokehumanesociety.com

Story
*Available for Adoption* Handsome “Beans” is looking for his forever home. Beans was born in foster care to his stray Bengal momma Chuff 8 months ago. He was adopted as a younger kitten but returned this past weekend. While his adoptive mom loved him immensely and tried everything we suggested and more, the resident cats in the home were simply not accepting of him and this was creating increasing behavioural issues. Beans is the sweetest cat, according to his person he is very much a Velcro cat, preferring to spend most of his time with his people. He would likely be fine with one other playful, active cat friend. Beans is a Bengal cross and as such he would benefit from a home willing to provide lots of enrichment activities. He is a smart, well behaved kitty who has lots of energy to burn. He is a gentle soul. Never using his claws during playtime. He is not a big fan of being picked up but tolerates short periods of holding. He much prefers to be beside you cuddling. Beans is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a healthy boy with lots of love to give. INDOOR home only. (Please do some research on Bengal cats if you are interested in adopting). Story
Lilly is a 7yr old female bengal. Myra is a 7yr old Savannah. Lilly loves wand toys, and her cat tree. Myra loves playing fetch with pompoms, lasers, and treats. Both are fully house trained. They do not scratch furniture, but sure do scratch their tree. Lilly is vocal at times & Myra is vocal often. Lilly loves running water, so a water fountain bowl is best. Both are very friendly, have never bit or scratched anyone. Lilly is not the biggest fan of being picked up, but if you place her over your shoulder, she will stay there like a parrot. Both love to visit your lap to knead. Myra loves to cuddle, but likes quietness. No health issues. Microchipped. Truly beautiful cats.. Owners hearts are broken having to re-home them. Must be re-homed together. They do not know life without each other…
