Story
Nala (female) and Simba (male) must be adopted together. Very sweet and cute Bengal cats. Nala is blind- she has retinal degeneration and went blind just before she turned 1 year old. Other than the occasional bump into a cabinet while running, the blindness has not affected her abilities. Nala is still able to learn her surroundings and adjust to new environments. We have lived 3 places with her and she adjusts immediately. She has no fear despite being blind and still tries to sneak out doors. One time she was successful in getting out in 2019 and was hit by a car but survived. She had some dental surgery after the accident and is missing a few teeth. Most people can not believe she is blind as she functions just like any other cat. Simba can be shy at first but both cats are very lovey and like to sit or lay on you. They also love belly rubs. Unfortunately with 3 young kids, one of which is a new baby with health issues, we are no longer able to keep our fur babies.

Hello, my name is Athena and I am a wild child with energy and excitement for exploring, I like to be in control of how I get to know someone I like to take my time and I prefer someone to be patient with me because just like jumping into a very cold pool I need to dip my paws in to see if the water is warm enough to swim metaphorically, long story short I need a cat person I need somebody who can speak cat. Those humans definitely exist so if you are one of those please, I am the beautiful soul for you. I have love in my heart and the jungle in my eyes. I just need somebody who’s patient and compassionate.

I have 2 beautiful Bengal sister cats that would be best it they stayed together. Their names are Junabell and Elliecat. I adopted them from my sister who was ill and unable to to care for them. I’m Looking for a family with older children (9-18) with ample time to play would be most beneficial because they like company. These sister cats are happiest when active and they are not lap cats. They like to interact with electronic toys, they are very playful and agile (do flips) way beyond their age. Junabell loves attention, can be affectionate and loves to be pet laying down a lot, but not held. Elliecat is nearsighted, loves to play, and be pet on occasion once she warms up to you. These cats like to be in the same room and follow you (just like a dog) wherever you are at home. I am retired and want to travel, and I don’t want to board them in some confined space. I'm looking for a loving family who enjoys their playful interactive nature. They are both 11 years
