Story
Life’s been good to me so far. I hit the jackpot with my first family and was loved and appreciated by them for many years. Unfortunately, my human passed away, which is how I ended up in rescue. While I’m grateful for my foster family, I yearn for a permanent place. My speed and vibe at this stage and age is calm, relaxed, sweet, and friendly, and I’m looking for a peaceful home where I can unwind and chill. This means I’ll do best in a home without dogs or small children. I get along well with humans and other cats, and enjoy affection and attention. Like other cats my age, I have a few easily treatable health conditions (asthma, IBD and pancreatic flares) which are managed well by medications. I’m an old pro at taking my meds, so you won’t have any trouble medicating me - I’ll make it easy on the both of us! If you`d like to take me home, please fill out an adoption application at this website – https://animalalliesrescue.org/cat-application – and choose me, Wolfie! My adoption fee is $50 and AARF wants me to tell you that their adoption package covers all expenses needed to prepare kitties like me for our forever homes. By the time you meet us, we’ve already been spayed/neutered (if age-appropriate) and microchipped. We’ve been checked by a veterinarian, and we’re up to date on age-appropriate immunizations against rabies and FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus & panleukopenia). Some of us have had extensive surgeries, dental work, or other necessary procedures. AARF is committed to getting all of us entirely ready for a happy, healthy, love-filled life!

Story
We are looking for someone who has some time on their hands to take care of her and give her the love she needs. She is a really sweet cat, always curious and friendly. My husband acquired her during Covid when she was born so she’s about 4 years old now. She loves cuddles and will sleep by your bedside. She may be in a stressful environment with us having a new baby and also not getting along with her sister, so she’s been having some gi issues, which have been resolving but she just needs more time.

Story
Chica is looking for a new loving home that can give her the attention she deserves. Chica is a 7 year old female F3 snow bengal. She is spayed and litter box trained although she does prefer to poop right outside the litter box. However if there is another cat in the house she follows their lead and will go poop in the litter. Weird quirk, I know. She is excellent with kids, large and small dogs and other cats. Extremely personable and very sweet, has personality characteristics of a dog. Would make an excellent companion to anyone. Her current owners love her dearly but with a new child they are unable to give her the attention she deserves.

Story
We purchased Shams from a breeder in Michigan in January of 2017. He is a very sweet and affectionate cat who loves attention. He has been with us since as our family has grown. We just had a third child (3 kids under 5 years old) and we can no longer give him the attention he needs. He has never hurt any of our kids and just runs away when they are bothering him. He is also great with other cats. He seems to have some anxiety and started spraying out of the litter box but the vet thinks it’s from lack of attention. He is taking anti anxiety medicine. There are some stray cats that keep showing up at our door and it seems to stress him out. He also recently got out of the house and came back limping. He was checked out and doesn’t have any broken bones. He is almost recovered from the incident. He needs a family that can give him the pets and love he needs.
