Story
Zahdh is a fun-loving adventurous 7yo cat who enjoys long walks outdoors on a leash or unleashed (with a bit of training and patience!). He has been living indoors for the past few years since one of his brothers was hit by a car several years ago, but still has a distinct drive for the outdoors. He still does well indoors, sleeping/relaxing most of the day with bursts of playful energy, chasing his siblings, running through tubes, and climbing cat trees. He is a very snuggly creature who will sleep in bed with you throughout the night. He has been living with a sibling cat, Uul, for the last 4 years and is very friendly toward him - I am looking to rehome Uul as well, but they do not necessarily need to go to the same home. The best fit for Zahdh would be someone who can shower him with love and attention and take him outdoors frequently via (un)leashed walks in the neighborhood, some independent indoor/outdoor privileges (e.g. cat door), or on camping trips.

Story
Benji (born June 2024) is an adorable classic, swirl tabby with a velvet coat. This handsome and sleek young boy is very athletic. He loves to scale heights and zoom around! But when it is time to slow down, he is a purring machine – so gentle and sweet as he comes in for nuzzles and cuddles. Benji will keep you company as you work, read, or strike a yoga pose.... Benji loves other kittens and cats (especially his sis Abby). Benji craves action, exploring and climbing. He follows you to see what fun you will provide. He loves kitty scratching posts, batting and chasing kitty balls and rattle mice, and playing interactively with wand toys. Get ready for high energy zoomies! When it is time to rest, a cat tree or wall mount is a castle for Sir Benjamin to observe the world. He also purrs upon touch and likes to curl up nearby for a deep snooze. In just a little time, Benji’s outgoing nature will shine through.

Story
Ranger found us when he was about 4-5 weeks old. He just turned one this past May. He followed one of our granddaughters home and kept coming back to our house. We built him a little house to stay in at night which eventually he did. However, when the weather got really bad with rain and wind, we decided to bring him in and had stay in our garage for a time, as we have two other cats. Eventually we let him stay in our bedroom and is now where he stays. He loves to play with toys. He is a really sweet boy, but because we have 2 other cats and 3 dogs, we can't let him run in the house or outside as we don't want one of our dogs to attach him if he is out at the same time as the dog. We were told that he is a Bengal mix, so he is not a purebred. we love him very much, but he needs space to runny have fun. We will only rehome him if he is a good fit and if we are comfortable with placing him with the interested party. We have used a harness on him to go outside at times.

Story
Hello, My name is Mika! Unfortunately I was dumped in front of the rescue in a small cage with only a little bit of food. I am three years old and I am so scared and sad to be left in such an awful way. I need time to adjust and come out of my shell, but with some extra TLC I will make the perfect companion. I am a feisty girl and I will need someone who can understand my situation and provide me with plenty of time and love to help me begin trusting again! If you are interested in adopting me please feel free to give us a call or visit our rescue between 11am-3pm. If you are interested in adopting Mika, please go to www.rockinrescue.org, fill out an application and email it over along with some pictures of your home to rescue@agwc501.org. After application has been reviewed, we will be in touch to set up a meet and greet. For any questions, feel free to schedule a free phone consultation with one of our adoption coordinators: https://calendly.com/rockinrescue/call The application process also includes a Home Check in person. *** WE ONLY DO LOCAL ADOPTIONS IN THE LOS ANGELES AREA.

Story
Meet Gigi and Mimi, a pair of delightful 7 month-old kittens who have been with us since they were just 8 weeks old. These two sisters are the perfect blend of love and fun, each bringing their unique charm to the table. Gigi, the extrovert, loves meeting new people and quickly becomes the life of any gathering. Her outgoing personality and curious nature make her an instant favorite among friends and strangers alike. Mimi, on the other hand, is a bit more timid at first. However, once she feels comfortable, she reveals her affectionate side and adores being cuddled all night. Her gentle, loving nature is truly heartwarming. Both Gigi and Mimi are playful, curious, and full of energy. They are purr balls who love to explore their surroundings and engage in fun activities. Their enthusiasm for life is contagious, and their love for food is evident in their eager approach to mealtime. If you’re looking for a pair of loving, playful, and affectionate companions, Gigi and Mimi are ready to bring joy and laughter into your home. Schedule a meet and greet by filling out our adoption application here and welcome these delightful kittens into your family.
