Story
Veronica is demure and personable (even a bit submissive), like to lean on you for pets and are very attentive. With a gentle approach she introduces herself to new people, yet can be timid with heavy handling or in chaotic surroundings...She has been polite when meeting other dogs, even small ones, as long as they are also polite. She tends to introduce herself slowly and quietly, giving the other dog an opportunity to approach... turns away or loses interest if the other dog is unruly or overbearing. Veronica has met dogs at the Shelter and perhaps can find another buddy with another well behaved dog. She can show some barrier reactivity with other dogs.Any kids or dogs in the home should meet prior to adoption

Story
MEET GRACE & KATIE, two beautiful, sweet & bonded black German Shepherds! Both of these lovely girls were rescued from a crowded California shelter, and they are very bonded. They have been waiting over a year for a home together. Grace & Katie are good with other dogs and lovely with people. Grace, the mama dog, is about 5-6 years old, and Katie is a 2-year-old girl now and growing up! Both girls have also done fairly well around cats but would need to be monitored. Katie weighs about 60-65 lbs, and Grace weighs about 71-75 lbs. They've waited a long time for a home because we are trying to place them together, so if you can open your home to two dogs, please email for an application. They also need a foster! We also offer discounted adoption fees for pairs.
