River is a lovely 2.5-year-old Malinois mix with a gentle, friendly nature. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and loves people of all sizes—she’s the kind of dog who fits easily into almost any home. River is housebroken with the use of a dog door and is a low-energy girl who enjoys a relaxed lifestyle. She does great in a kennel and is an easy, calm companion in the home. She enjoys her walks, loves treats, and is always happy to just be near her people. This sweet girl has completed her heartworm treatment and is expected to test negative at her next check. If you’re looking for a loving, mellow dog who’s ready for a fresh start, River might be the perfect match! Please understand you are committing to providing a good home for her entire life (up to 15+ years or more.) You must be committed to housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming needs, and positive socialization. Her adoption fee is $150. This includes her spay surgery, rabies vaccination, Nobivac® Canine 1-DAPP vaccination, Nobivac® Intra-Trac 3 vaccination, Drontal® Plus, IDEXX SNAP® 4Dx Plus Test, 24PetWatch® microchip, and leash and collar. Our group focuses on assisting open admission shelters in South Texas where over 32,000 dogs and cats are euthanized each year. Our puppies and dogs are completely vetted and live in foster homes. They are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and tested for heartworm disease. All adoptions include one month of flea and heartworm preventative and a leash and collar. Odin is such a beautiful energetic pup only 7 months old despite his size! Hes such a loving boy! I've just recently developed severe allergies to him and cannot keep him. Hes good with other dogs and even cats. Trying to find him a home with a good amount of land for him to run around on he does so well on a leash and needs someone who can love him and give him lots of play time or a job to do. He's also an excellent guard dog super alert! We also have a dog crate, and a play pen, and an almost full bag of dog food for him along with all his toys and a collar and leash! Meet Stark — a gentle soul with a heart of gold. Stark is a 2-year-old Great Pyrenees/Belgian Malinois mix with a tall, slender frame and the sweetest personality. He absolutely adores people and bonds quickly with anyone who shows him kindness. Despite some signs of past trauma—including scarring on his neck and missing teeth—Stark’s spirit remains unshaken. He’s been fully vetted and given a clean bill of health. Whatever he’s been through, it hasn’t dimmed his gentle heart or his love for life. Stark gets along well with other dogs who are well-matched to his energy, especially friendly females or calm, lower-drive neutered males. He’s still working on his training and manners, so we recommend a home with older kids—but he’s friendly with people of all ages. He hasn’t been cat-tested yet. He’s never had the chance to go into foster or meet an adopter—and we’re hoping that changes soon. Stark is truly a special dog who’s been overlooked for far too long. Hi there, this is August aka Augie. She was dumped near our property a few months ago & has been living it up at our house since. She has been both an inside and outside dog. She does well with both. We would love to keep her, but we already have 3 other dogs and 2 cats inside. August gets along well with them all and loves humans just as much. She is the sweetest dog, but she is a bit skiddish. She needs a home where her confidence can be built. I hate to rehome her, but I know she will be fine if we find her the right home.
