Story
Meet Samson! A handsome 11-month old 48lb pup who enjoys cuddles and belly rubs at any time of the day. He’s a huge cuddle bug and a major goofball! He will find a way to barter a good amount of pets, hugs, and kisses from you. Samson loves to play with people, other dogs and with his toys. He enjoys stuffed toys (some of which may require surgical intervention). He also loves toys that make him work for his treats and as a very smart puppy he does find ways to get those out pretty quickly. He’s good and quick in learning commands as long as there are some treats involved! He loves going out for walks and seeing other dogs and people, and always gets complimented on his sweet nature. Tail is always up and proud even when barked at by reactive dogs and does not react negatively to anyone. Samson has played with many other dogs and he doesn’t great! He’s potty trained with absolutely no incidents at home and can be left alone at home with no concerns for furniture and personal items. He does get a bit sad when on his own but is very well behaved. Overall, he’d be a fantastic addition to any family!

Story
Meet Ranger, the intelligent and active Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix with a heart full of love and boundless energy. This handsome boy is a fast learner and has mastered essential commands like sit, down, wait, and shake. He's so clever that he tackled a level 3 puzzle on his first try! Ranger is a well-behaved and well-trained pup, making him a pleasure to have around the house. He's house trained, crate trained, and shows no signs of destructiveness indoors. However, he does experience some separation anxiety when his human leaves the house, which is why he's kept in his crate during errands. But don't worry, when he's playing in the backyard with his furry friend, he's perfectly content and doesn't exhibit any separation anxiety. Ranger is an active boy who loves going on walks, and he'll gladly accompany you on all your outdoor adventures. While Ranger is intelligent and affectionate, he can be barrier reactive, meaning he may react when he encounters certain barriers or boundaries. Patience and positive reinforcement training can help him overcome this behavior. This is very typical behavior for both breeds and he absolutely has to be adopted into a Mali/GSD knowledgeable family/ Ranger was in pretty rough shape when rescued and the vet initially thought he had an intestinal disease. Nothing was definitively diagnosed but the vet believes he has small intestinal issues. He is on a folate vitamin daily and will just need annual lab work and a high quality RAW FOOD diet. Ranger's charm and charisma shine through in the photos and videos provided, capturing his playful and loving nature. If you're looking for a smart, active, and affectionate companion, Ranger is the perfect match. Give him the love and care he deserves, and he'll reward you with loyalty and companionship like no other. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Rainier You can probably guess that when I was found and rescued it was raining, it was! However, I was named after the gorgeousness that is Mount Rainier :) I have the highlights and lowlights of the mountain on a sun-cloudy day :) I have a driven personality, not unlike my breed. I am a very medium sized dutchy shepherd and possibly have Belgian Malinois in me as well........and you must KNOW and LOVE the breeds. I make super arm candy, if you will exercise me (and my brain) we will be besties for life! Currently I am living my best life running around green fields of grass with my big radar ears charged and ready to go! You best believe I can hear everything! Better open that bag of treats as quietly as possible or I'll come running in! And I can actually hear you open your laptop to apply to adopt me! HURRY!! EDGE!!! HI...yes, I am an edgy guy with tenacity and energy. I am true to my breed, in I am smart and eager to learn. I was adopted at 3 months old but my family had a health crisis and had to surrender me back to my foster mom. She knows all about my breed and how smart we are LOL....She says I am excellent in my crate, sleeping all night and back in the mix for only a day, I have had no accidents as well...so it won't take me long to learn your routine. I am very smart and eager...which may push your current dogs in your homes buttons, so you need to definitely be an in charge leader cause I definitley will take charge if allowed. I currently live with 6 other dogs and I do try and push but they are in charge so I am relinquishing being leader for now LOL I am true to my breed mix and would love a family who is busy and understands how to keep my mind stimulated as well as my body. I am 5 months old and primed for excellence!!!! Please only breed knowledgeable folks or similar breed, like you know, 2 huskies, an alligator, a healer and 2 14 year old boys type experience all at the same time :) Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Meet Mikayla! Mikayla is an 11 month old German Shepherd weighing around 67lb. She is the sweetest, most loyal girl there is! Mikayla is a very well behaved dog, but she lacks confidence. Mikayla’s ideal home would be a family who can help her build her confidence and provide her with proper daily mental and physical exercise as she is a shepherd. Mikayla is very dog friendly and loves to play! While we’ve never seen aggression from her, we’re recommending a home without small children due to her nervous nature. Mikayla is house trained, crate trained, and quiet in a home. She does not pull hard on the leash but she is a zig zagger and could use some work there. She loves to snuggle and be with her humans.

Here's what my friends at the shelter had to say about me! "Liam is incredibly handsome and relaxed. He looks like he should be a dog model. In the kennel he gave me sweet kisses and enjoyed getting pets. We went into the large runs to get some space and snack on some treats. He was very well behaved and no barking at all. He’s a really smart dog and did great on his temp test!"

Here's what my friends at the shelter had to say about me! "What a sweety. Literally just wanted to stand and hug me for taking her out. Seems very dog friendly and just friendly in general. Seems young and ready to learn. She is treat motivated and loved me because I was there with her. She walked fairly well on the leash, but didn’t want to go back to her kennel without me enticing her with treats. She wasn’t done having fun yet which I get. I think I would have been able to keep her out longer and show her playful side if the weather wasn’t so yucky."
