Story
Rambo is an amazing puppy with a joyous personality. Life never gets him down, and his energy is contagious. Note: I will only be seeking an adoption that can rehome him and his little sister,Missy. I haven't been able to submit a post that includes both dogs,so I am adding this here. They are not biological siblings, but are very close friends. I could not send them to different homes.

Story
Meet Sour Patch, a spirited male Malinois with a big heart and an even bigger personality! This playful knucklehead is ready for a home where he can thrive with a bit of training and socializing. Sour Patch is incredibly smart and eager to learn; with some time and patience, he'll be a well-mannered companion. He's an energetic pup who loves to play, explore, and go on long hikes. While he may pull on the leash at times, he responds well to treats and is quick to learn how to walk nicely. Sour Patch has a friendly demeanor and just needs an owner who can set boundaries and bond with him through positive reinforcement. Though he might come on strong with his playful antics, he's capable of respecting the space of other dogs once he understands their cues. If you're looking for a loving and energetic companion who's ready to bring joy and adventure to your life, Sour Patch could be the perfect match for you. Available at the Animal Rescue League of Berks County, Birdsboro Pa 19508, KL#1257

Look at these eyes! Rudy has been showing off her new sit, down, come, stay, climb and loose leash walking skills that she has learned while in foster at Neverland K9 Insititute. She has settled in nicely after learning her foster's routine but she needs a home of her own so she can continue to flourish! Rudy is a delightful pooch with a very sweet personality who is eager to please and wants to continue learning. She has a manageable energy level and would be fine for someone looking for their first malinois. Adoption Fee: $500 Brindle Buddies Reading, Pa 19605 Kennel license #14185

Story
Meet Kassie. She came to us with several siblings from a backyard breeder as part of an unwanted litter of pups. Kassie date of birth is 5/24/2024 and she is mostly a Belgin Malinois mix, there was also a Belgian Tervuren running loose on the property so that may explain her longer hair.  Kassie is extremely smart.  She can sit, shake, lay down, and is working on roll over.  She is 95% potty trained.  She only has accidents when she is out in the living room and no one sees her sit at the gate to go out.  With a little more time an attention, she will be fully potty trained.  She goes in her crate with minimal issue.  She whines quietly sometimes.  She sleeps through the night (10:30-6:00) without accidents.  Kassie walks fine on a leash and loves to sniff and explore.  Kassie will bond with one person very quickly, so a household with only one or two people would be best.  She absolutly needs an owner who will be active with her (hiking, running, camping) and is willing to put the time in to train her.  She is ok with kids, but a home without them would be best.  She barks at new people or when people come in the house.  We are working on that.  No cats or small dogs for Kassie.  She seems ok for now with her foster dog brother and dog sister, but they are both 100 pounds.  She will likely want to be the alpha dog.  She will absolutly need to go to an owner with experience with the breed.  In the right home, she will be an amazing companion. Kassie is now spayed, up to date with vaccines for her age and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $450.00. Story
Meet Kia. Kia came to us from a backyard breeder. We were told she is about 2 years old and she does weigh about 56 lbs. Kia is mostly if not all Belgian Malinois. She had never lived in a house until she came to us. Kia has learned a lot like how to walk on a leash and she is starting to play with toys. She is friendly and likes to be pet but is scared of sudden movements and loud noises. Kia learns new things every day and gets better every day in her foster home. She is going to need a home that has a lot of time for training and patience. She is not an aggressive dog, but will nip if something scares her. Because of this we are not recommending a home for her with children. However, she was around kids outside where she came from. Kia has a lot of potential to be a great canine citizen with the right handler. She will do best with lots of exercise and mental stimulation. Kia is crate trained but still working on housebreaking. She is may be younger then 2 years since she does chew on things and loves to play with toys. Kia is now spayed, up to date with vaccines and microchipped. She tested negative for heartworm and has been started on monthly heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $250.00. If you are interested in adopting  Kia, please visit our website www.lharinc.org go to Adopt and complete the dog adoption application.
