Story
Hi, I`m Indigo! I am part of the Home for the Holidays adoption promotion so my adoption fee has been reduced to $50 until December 31. I would love to ring in the New Year with you! I am looking for a home to take me hiking, camping and on other fun adventures! I am very social and looking for my people to spend time with me. I`m about 3 years old and weigh 65 pounds.Do you like dogs? Love `em! Please bring any dogs in the home to meet. I`m looking for a home with no small dogs.Cats? I`m looking for a kitty-free home.Kids? I`d like to start out meeting kiddos 8+ as I can be a little shy with new people. Please bring any kids to meet.I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. I have no known history. Expect to learn more about me after adoption. It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. It is important to take this into consideration when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption. My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more!Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me! If you think we would be a good match come on down and ask to meet me! I`m looking for my forever home and it could be with you!ADOPTION INFORMATION: If you live in the city of Eugene or in Lane County you will be purchasing a dog license in addition to the adoption fee. You will get to choose between a one year, two year, or three year license. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503. **My adoption fee has been waived! You will still be required to go through adoption counseling and pay for a license.**Hi, I`m Ebby! I`m almost 5 years old and weigh 84 lbs. I`m very shy in the shelter, and when it comes to meeting people - but who can`t relate to being a bit uncertain in new environments? Once I have a few days to get my bearings, I am such a sweet, loyal, goofy pup who is deserving of a second chance at my forever home! Do you like other dogs? I`ve lived with another dog before and seem to prefer dogs that are gentle. Please bring any dogs in the home to meet to see if we hit it off. What do you think about cats? I would do best in a home without small animals or kitties. So how do you feel about kids? I am nervous with new people and would like to start out meeting older kiddos. 12+ I came into the shelter as a surrender and the above information is all recommendations based on my previous history and the behavior seen at the shelter. Story
Cascade was found on 12/05/2024 at Chambers St and Crest Drive. He came into the shelter not yet neutered. He is currently in a foster home.If you believe this is your missing dog, please contact the shelter at (541) 689-1503. Since this dog is new to the shelter and we are still looking for their family, they are not viewable on the adoption floor at this time. The shelter staff is giving me some time to settle in and adjust to this new place. As we get to know each other a little better, the behavior team and veterinary staff will then be evaluating my needs. Please stay tuned for my updated information! Our shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs can be unreliable and for most dogs we are only guessing at their primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road, Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503.
