Story
Odin is a large breed puppy who at 7 months weighs 70 pounds. He looks like a lab, but is actually the son of a black Belgian Malinois shepherd. He needs a country setting or a big Fenced yard where he can run like crazy. He loves to play fetch and snuggle. He has several months of free veterinary visits left through Petfolk. He barks at other dogs, but then licks them once they're close to him. He loves cats but they don't love him because he is too high energy. He's great with kids, but probably would be tough to have with a small child because he is so big. I'll give you all of his food and supplies, including a crate.

Story
Name / Breed  / Age:  Meleys,  Belgian Malinois, puppy Personality Traits: Happy go lucky, Curious, Loveable Likes / Dislikes: Likes being held and snuggled. Dislikes being left out of the action. Health and behavior history:  Up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and will be neutered between 4-7 months. Clean bill of health from the PIPs Vet! Hi! My name is Meleys, but my foster parents call me Mel or Melly for short. I am a playful and spirited Malinois puppy – also known as a little “Maligator” in the making! Like most Malinois, I’m full of energy, smarts, and affection, looking for a home with someone experienced in handling my breed or dedicated to training me as I grow. I love to be part of the action and thrive on human companionship. After I’ve burned off my energy, I’m a snuggle bug who wants to be close to my people. I get along well with my doggy foster siblings, though I haven’t had much time with my foster family’s cat yet, so we’re still figuring out if I’m cat-compatible.  I’m friendly with both adults and kids, though little ones should know I’m still in my “everything’s-a-chew-toy” phase – toes, fingers, pants, shoes, you name it! I’m working on potty and crate training, and I sleep through the night in my crate. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion and have the dedication to guide me, I’d love to be part of your family! ##2212829##

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
A German Shepard face with cute corgi legs, Xandra is easy to love! She is already spayed, and house trained so she is ready to go home with you today. Her previous owner brought Xandra in due to not having enough time to give Xandra the play and attention she needs. Though she may appear shy in her kennel, when out Xandra's personality comes to life! As you can see in her pictures, this girl loves to move, so she is looking for her new adventure buddy. With her seemingly endless energy, this pup will thrive in a family that can keep up with her! On walks she also likes to pause and sniff and explore her surroundings. In her previous home, she was friendly with children 6 and older, but it is always recommended to do slow introductions. If you're interested in learning more about Xandra, please reach out to our Volunteer Matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Xandra 252108." Xandra is ready to go home today - she is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and is already spayed. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
