**DIASHA IS IN HER FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN*** Introducing Miss Daisha (pronounced DAY-SHUH). At two years old, this petite Dutch Shepherd or Malinois/Staffordshire mix is ready to join a loving pack permanently. The ideal home for Daisha would be with someone who has the time and passion to nurture her love for learning, maintain consistent training and exercise, and understands that her breed mix thrives on an active lifestyle. Daisha is a bundle of high energy, intelligence, and trainability, always keen to please. She's proficient in-house manners, leash walking, and crate training, and has an insatiable love for fetch, squeaky toys, car adventures, and she might just be the swiftest dog you'll ever encounter. Seriously, her speed is astonishing. While Daisha gets along well with other dogs, children, and adults, she's likely not suitable for a home with cats. Daisha has been fully vetted, receiving all necessary vaccinations, a 6-month Pro-Heart shot, monthly flea and tick preventatives, and she is also spayed and microchipped. The local adoption fee for Daisha is $225.00. If you have any questions, please email newbeginnings_animalrescue@yahoo.com Daisha's Back Story (cliff note version) Daisha, an 8-week-old puppy, was rescued by a compassionate young man (current owner) from a relative who failed to provide for her basic needs. Shortly after her rescue, Daisha fell gravely ill with Parvo and required hospitalization. Following dedicated care, she has been nursed back to health. Daisha was allowed inside the house during her first year, she now roams freely in the backyard, which has become her permanent spot. Daisha lived with her owner's mother for about a year until her owner's mother began seeking assistance from rescue organizations to find Daisha a home that could provide the life she deserves.
