He is playful and silly. He can be a barker so an apartment is not recommended. **Special Considerations: ** Hank is fond of women but avoids men. Hank hates the crate and will bark all night inside. He also has some separation anxiety and does not like to left alone. His anxiety shows itself as Barking and potty accidents. Companionship: He wants to be with his human 24/7. He will follow you everywhere. When his human is working at her desk he will lay quietly and contently at her feet. Training and Learning: When left out of the crate during the day he seems to do fine. No chewing or no destructive behavior. Hank is potty trained and does okay on a leash. He knows sit and stay. He seems fine in the car and likes to be outside. He knows how to use a doggie door. Traits and Ideal home. - A fenced in yard to run and play in. - A women owner who home most of the day and night. - Would be happy as an only dog BUT would be fine with a doggie friend as well. - Not well suited for apartment living because he can still be vocal when left alone Love and Affection. Hank is a snuggle bug and would love to sit with his human or at his human’s feet. He likes belly rubs and even liked getting a bath. He is happiest with his people but likes other dogs and will play with them. Like most poodles he is smart and should be able to learn easily.
