Different policies and fees may apply. MEET DELGADO!! This sweet boy has had a rough start. His original owner died after one year. He ended up in a very chaotic home with drug use. He was never taken on walks or out of the house. He was kept in a crate that was too small for him all day. Because of the terrible treatment, he is under socialized and needs a patient person to love him and give him the home he deserves. Delgado is very sweet, friendly, and smart. He gets overstimulated very quickly, so he would do best in a calm home without a lot of traffic in and out of the house. When there is too much going on he may cower and shake looking to escape. He did growl at an adoption event due to the chaos and fear he was feeling. He is not aggressive. Delgado is crate trained, does well in a car and likes to play. He just needs a place with people he can trust, so he can truly be the dog he is meant to be.
