Story
Please contact Pet (information@pethelpersinc.org) for more information about this pet.   Oh Miss Edna, what a sweet special girl you are. So Edna’s story started out horrible. She lived her 1st 8 years of life chained to a plastic dog box. Thankfully the owner decided to let her go because she wouldn't hurt anymore. Well no wonder, Edna ended up having some of the biggest bladder stones I've ever seen. She was so miserable when she first got to her foster home because she didn't feel good but once we got her fixed and got those stones out of her. She has a new lease on life. NO more hunting. She is a wonderful household guest and loves all the dogs and cats in her foster home. You could not find a sweeter gal. Edna is an absolute gem!! She has done great with housebreaking and does great with a fenced yard. She would love to find a retirement home to spend days relaxing and hanging with her humans and any other pets. Edna is approx 8 years old, weighs approx 27 lbs and is spayed, utd on shots, microchipped had Bordetella, flea treated and wormed. She was positive for Lyme, but negative for heartworms and has been treated with doxycycline. If you would like to make Edna part of your forever family, and give her the best golden years, click on the following link to fill out an application:  https://www.pethelpersinc.org/adoption-application/  Adoption Fees: PUPPIES (under 1 year) $250.00,   Includes spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, age appropriate vaccines, heartworm/lyme test (if applicable), two rounds of dewormer, one round of flea medicine and microchip.
