Story
Meet LuLu, a sociable, energetic 10-year-old beagle/shepard mix. Her favorite things are people (especially kids), car rides and walks. LuLu is well loved by her owners and was raised as an indoor dog, but because of family circumstances, she is currently living outside. She misses her daily human interaction and would thrive with a family that can spend time with her, take her on car rides and daily walks. Although diagnosed with hip dysplasia, but this does not dim LuLu’s outlook on life or her ability to take short walks. Her owners are looking to rehome her to a family that will be able to provide for her needs and give her lots of love and attention. This girl is heartworm negative, spayed and up-to-date on her vaccines. All you have to do is meet this sweet, senior pup to fall in love with her. LuLu’s adoption fee has been sponsored. Story
Charlotte is looking for a home for hospice care. She is 7 years old and only weighs 10 pounds. She came to us emaciated and she has some hip problems. She loves everyone she meets and enjoys snuggling! She has been around cats and did well. She may do best in a home as the only dog because she gets easily startled.

Story
Sophie is a 3-year-old purebred lemon beagle without papers that was adopted from a local shelter. She's a very sweet girl, very attached to me and has a bit of separation anxiety. I'm 77 years old and it's just getting too much for me to care for her. I don't want to take her back to the shelter so I'm hoping to find her a loving home.

Good with kids, cats, dogs, and housetrained! He is a quick favorite among the volunteers! But--we just discovered that this sweet boy is heartworm positive, and we are happy for him to be in a home who will see him through the lengthy, non-invasive treatment so he can feel good and revitalized! it didn’t take long for him to figure out the routine, or the doggie door, and he is loving every minute of his time in his foster home.   PLEASE NOTE: This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA.
