Biscuit is about 16 months old and comes from a shelter in Tennessee. She was adopted in August and lived with her sister, Bandit, on a half acre yard for about 9 months. We were forced to sell and move, and ended up in and apartment in Texas. She now spends most her time on the balcony waiting. Biscuit is very playful and wants to play with most dogs and wines when she sees other dogs but cannot play with them. She and her sister have smack-down bouts at the empty dog parks or on the living room rug. They wouldn't mind someone joining them. She and her sister have different personalities. She can get along with other dogs or would love to be the center of attention. She is not attached to her sister. Biscuit is potty trained, and she is crate trained, so she knows she has a place to rest and retreat. She deserves more attention that i can give.

If he had a family before, they weren’t looking for him and didn’t seem to care that he was missing. He was emaciated and terrified when he was found but immediately trusted his foster mom!Bodie is such a sweet boy looking for his forever family! He is the perfect size, only 17lbs at 2 years old and the best snuggler. He loves all dogs, cats and humans! He has some separation anxiety, so will need a patient person to help him work through that. He also needs a secure yard as he can be a Houdini! He loves walks through the neighborhood or on the trails!As long as his person is close by, he is a happy camper and loves to snooze on the couch or at your feet. She is back with the foster who pulled her fro Dallas Animal Services in late 2022. The adopter reported instances of aggression and resource guarding, but she has been on her best behavior since arriving back in Dallas. We had her evaluated by a trainer, who reports that she is a dominant personality who needs consistent reinforcement of her place in the hierarchy. The foster reports that she is smart and knows basic commands. She can be pushy, but takes correction well. She is high energy, loves to play with the other dogs in the household and is very affectionate. She is leash trained, crate trained and housebroken, up to date on shots and heart worm negative. She will do well with an experienced owner and the rescue will include a session with the trainer to teach the new owner techniques for avoiding issues.
