I do love turkey though :) I am Wishbone, and I am a bull terrier/beagle mixed boy with a story to tell! I am so smart like a bull terrier- somewhat stubborn, like a bull terrier, but I follow my NOSE like a beagle! I am super cute, only about 40# and I am pretty active. I love to have a hard playing buddy, no small animals (like kitties) as I have a prey drive- like a bull terrier.. you see where I am going with this, right?? I would love have an active family, kids older than grade school as I love a moving target and smaller ones don't quite understand that. I am a love bug, and once tired out I am the bestest cuddler! Say hello to Calvin! Mr. Calvin here might be the Calvin to your Hobbes, he's so sweet! Calvin was given up by his finder to our rescue recently but he's in good hands. He instantly warmed up and got along with everyone here as soon as we got him. Calvin is a Beagle mix, he's a bit of a bigger boy with his stubby legs- kind of like a super solid beagle but isn't short. Calvin loves getting attention, he'll bump you with his head so you notice and pay attention to him! He'll need a bit of leash work but is very eager to get to work! That is what people notice most about Calvin, is his eagerness. He will need slow introductions to other people and animals as he can warm up to others slowly sometimes.
