She is a perfect medium size at 36 lbs and enjoys car rides, gravy bones, and walks fairly well on a leash. She loves to be the center of attention and anxiously greets visitors (she is jumpy, and working on training her not to jump up). The reason we cannot keep her is that our infant son is allergic to her coat, and she and our dog of four years plus, simply co exist. They are not buddies as we had hoped, though they do not fight. Goldie is somewhat possessive over her bones and Kong’s, and for this reason, we feel she would do best in a home with older children or none at all.
