Story
BONDED PAIR. Needs to be adopted together to a home without pets. They are dog aggressive and scared of cats. Jax (GSP) has chronic ear infections and needs regular vet visits. Rubin (beagle) needs to continue to be on a diet to lose weight (he used to be severely obese, medicated food is encouraged.) They are very loving dogs and require a lot of physical attention and activity. They are very protective over their people and family. They have been the best dogs for me, I just cannot continue to financially support them. I’m not looking for any money, just the right home for my boys.

Story
When I got Mamash from a stranger, I got her at 6 months and I was loosing her because she had no motivation to move or play. she was loosing her life. She had many worms, flees, and slept outside. After treatment she began to be a very sweet and happy girl. She’s very clingy, she loves treats, she loves running. She’s house trained, loves kids, and other pets. She’s mostly a house dog but she loves being outside. I want better for her, she deserves it.

Story
This pet was brought in as a stray and will NOT be available for adoption through our program. All stray animals brought in are posted on the gallery to hopefully be reunited with their families. Each pet is evaluated upon arrival, and throughout their stay, at the Animal Center and we do our best to place the animal in the setting most appropriate for them. Sometimes, they may be better served through one of our Transfer Partners due to the intervention needed, ongoing care required or a quieter setting for that individual. We want our animals to put their best paw forward. If you are a 501c3 rescue and are interested in partnering with WCAC to help this pet, and others, you can find more information on how to help at: https://www.wakegov.com/departments-government/animal-services/community-partners/transfer-program If this is your pet, please contact us immediately at AnimalCenter@wake.gov Primary Color: Tri Color Weight: 26 Age: 3yrs 0mths 0wks
