Meet Silas! He is a 5 month old, twenty pound beagle that is simply fantastic. He is wonderful with people, learning how to walk on a leash, and is working on his house training. Silas has met the resident cats and pays no attention to them. While he is fine with the cats that he has met, we recommend a slow introduction to all new feline friends. Silas is hoping to find a home that would be able to let him enjoy the life of luxury inside with lots of food to eat, toys to play with, and endless cuddles!Did you know that when you adopt from the Maggie Society, your new family member comes with two copies of vet records. All Maggie dogs are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention prior to adoption. Your adoption fee goes towards the vetting of another dog or puppy in need. If interested in adopting, please complete an application. An approved application from The Maggie Society is valid for up to one year. It is not necessary to complete additional applications for dogs or puppies of interest if you have already been approved. Please reach out to the Maggie Society or your adoption counselor for a meet and greet!

Wyatt is so cute and playful! He loves a good snack and pets are specifically a favorite. He loves to be close to his humans so snuggles are an absolute must! Wyatt has tested positive for Heartworms and has started his pre-treatment. The rescue will cover his injections for the heartworm treatment at no additional cost tot he own if done at our veterinary clinic. Kevyn (named after Kevin Bacon) really is an amazing and sweet dog. She’s 8 years old but still full of energy. We’re looking to rehome her as soon as possible because we have a 1 year old son who can be rather crazy and rough with her so we want her to go to a home where there’s much more time and space and a less stressful environment for her.

Max is the sweetest, friendliest, happy dog I have ever had. I adopted Max when he was 2 years old, he will be 7 on January 16th. He is amazing with kids and lovessss to cuddle and eat just about anything. When I got pregnant, I developed an allergy to him that would cause me trouble breathing so he stayed with my brother until I gave birth. Now that I have him back, my allergy has only worsened. I am on a lot of medications just to be around him and I fear my son is starting to have the same allergies. I am looking to rehome my sweet boy, even though I love him dearly.
