Story
Where are all the beagle lovers?  Boake is hoping his forever family will find him soon!  He's been waiting for a while!  Boake is a purebred male beagle that is just over a year old. He is being fostered in Central NY with other dogs.  He has gotten along beautifully with them, even the older grumpy dog!  Boake is a typical beagle who likes to have his nose to the ground to sniff all the wonderful scents.  A fenced yard would give him a chance to explore freely, but it is not required.  Boake is working on proper leash walking.  He is potty trained (usually goes and stands by the door to let you know he needs to go out) and crate trained (although it may take a minute for him to settle).  Boake loves having his people around as much as possible. He is an energetic, fun loving dog!  Boake would make a great addition to most homes!  His adoption fee is $450 which goes towards neutering at our vet, vaccines and medical care up to adoption, microchip, and transportation fees. ##2150873##

Story
This dog is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $100 if picked up in TN, $175 plus transport fee for out of state adoptions. Meet Justin, the 2.5 to 3-year-old Beagle mix who's as sweet and affectionate as they come! Weighing in at a sturdy 28 pounds, Justin strikes the perfect balance between energy and chill vibes. He's always ready for a walk or a playful chase, but also loves nothing more than to lounge around with his favorite humans. One of Justin's most charming traits is how attentive he is to your voice. He thrives on pets and praise, and he's a gentleman at mealtimes, never begging or bothering at the table. Justin knows his "sit" command and is housetrained, making him an easy addition to a Beagle-experienced household. This lovable guy is crate trained; however, he is no longer crated overnight in his foster home.  He adores going for walks, especially when there's a chance to track some rabbits. Justin gets along well with other dogs and even goats! Justin is a friendly soul, winning hearts wherever he goes. While he’s not the biggest fan of car rides, he fares much better when he can sit with his person instead of being crated. After a good dose of exercise, he's perfectly happy to join you for a cozy couch session. Justin is looking for a home with a fenced yard where he can safely explore and play. He has strong hunting instincts, so he's best suited for someone who understands the Beagle spirit and can provide the structure he needs. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion who’s always eager to please, Justin is your guy!  Interested in adopting? Take the first step and complete an adoption application on our website: http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/adoption-apps/ If you have questions that are not covered in the profile, visit the Pet Inquiry Form: http://aarf-tn.com/contact/pet-inquiry-form/. THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents. A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first! Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption. November 3, 2024, 6:49 pm
