They are absolutely the sweetest pair, and as any mother would and does, Peg protects Bagel from other dogs. He's her "baby boy" forever, so we need a home that they will be the one and onlys, spoiled, loved for the time they have together. Oh and not only do they love each other, but they will absolutely adore you!!! Both are fun, loving, energetic and love to play, they have lots of time ahead to enjoy life. Sweet Willy came from a home where he and 9 other Beagles were chained to garbage cans their entire lives. Taken off the chains only when the owner hunted with them. Willy had the worst situation of them all, his garbage can was so small that her couldn't even stand up in it! His back was so sore when he arrived that it took him a week or so before he could comfortably run and play with the gang. He was chained up like that for 10 YEARS! Willy is the sweetest boy you will ever meet and just needs a home where he can live out his days with lots of love and good care. He is very healthy, heart worm negative, crate trained microchipped and ready for his forever home. Could that be you? Please give him a chance! Sunny, as his name suggests, is a gorgeous, golden-colored, bright and beautiful 3 year old Beagle/Collie/Boxer mix who is 100% housebroken, non-destructive inside the home, and responsive to several commands, including sit, stay, down, and paw. He is much more of a peace-and-quiet kind of dude, than a chaos-and-confusion type of guy and will thrive in a home outside of the city. Unfamiliar dogs, skateboarders whizzing by, strangers in his face, can cause Sunny a little bit of anxiety, especially on leash. He can be reactive on a leash, but with a little practice and patience, he can likely be taught to settle down...but set him free in the dog park and he's totally cool with everything...and he'll even play and run with other dogs! C'mon, chase me, chase me! Sunny is extremely smart and food-motivated and is a pretty good listener, especially if he sees a treat in your hand. This active boy loves toys, going for walks, and trips to the dog park. Wanna go for a car ride with him? Sunny will always be down for that. Vroom,vroom, let's go! And what a handsome co-pilot he'll make. Once you've earned Sunny's trust, you'll have a friend for life. He enjoys pets, cuddles, and scratches behind the ear from his loyal friends and loved ones. Although Sunny likes making doggie friends on the outside, he would do best as your one and only fur-kid in an adult-only home.
