After the passing of their owner, Honey and Socks are in a temporary foster home and looking for a more permanent situation. Ideally the girls could be adopted into the same home. If that turns out not to be possible, their caretaker believes they will be okay if separated. Both Honey and Socks are housetrained and good on a leash. Here's some information on each girl: Meet Honey, a Sweet Senior Beagle Looking for Her Forever Home Honey is an 11-year-old Lemon Beagle who is in need of a loving home after the passing of her owner. Despite this difficult transition, she remains as sweet and loving as ever. Honey loves snuggles and is always ready to curl up next to you for some quality cuddle time. Honey is great with other dogs, wonderful with children, and fully housebroken. While we haven’t exposed her to cats, we believe she would do well with a gentle introduction. Honey weighs about 20 pounds, is spayed, up to date on all of her shots and is diabetic which means she requires daily insulin. She’s a trooper and handles it like a champ! While she may need a little extra care, her affectionate nature and lovable personality are totally worth it. Meet Socks: A Sweet 11-Year-Old Lab Mix Looking for Her Forever Home Socks is an 11-year-old Black Lab mix who is searching for a new family after the unfortunate passing of her owner. Despite this loss, she remains a loving and gentle soul, ready to bring warmth and companionship to a new home. Socks is spayed, healthy, up to date on all her vaccines, and fully housebroken. She’s a laid-back, quiet girl weighing around 50 lbs. She enjoys spending time with her humans and would love a cozy spot to call her own. She’s great with other dogs and older children, making her an ideal addition to most households. Socks is craving companionship and would thrive in a home where she can enjoy her golden years surrounded by love and care. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate dog who’s ready to share her heart, Socks might be the perfect match for you!
