Hello! My name is Evelyn and I am 2-3 years old. My rescuers think I am a chihuahua/Beagle mix. I am 30 pounds of awesomness! I had a sad start in life but I am happy and loved now! I was rescued from a kill shelter with my 9 babies! They were going to euthanize us all due to low space in the shelter and because my babies had ringworm. I was so scared at first when I got to my foster home but I quickly learned that my foster family loved me very much and would never hurt me. I have been a stray and a mommy but now I would like to try being someone's baby. I promise to try to be the best baby to someone who wants to love me and give me a chance. I love playing with my stuffed toys and I can be quite silly, now that I can relax a bit. I am fully vetted and ready to be adopted. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Online Adoption Application These girls were all hound mommas living in Louisanna. The all lived with no owner in some swampy area field and all needed to be trapped with their babies to find a better life and brought to NJ. They are all heartworm positive and we are treating them for that. All are spayed and up to date on shots. These girls are shy but very sweet, loves other dogs and are very gentle with everyone. Great with housebreaking no accidents in the house but you have to let them out. They love sitting in the sun. Any family would be very lucky to adopt one or maybe two of them as they love each other as well. They love food and treats, just shake the treats and they all run right in. These girls all have my heart, but I obviously can not keep them all. LOL. They are small hound girls about 35 lbs.
