Weighing in at 30 pounds, Wrigley is a medium to high-energy pup who loves to play but doesn’t require marathon exercise sessions. However, as a puppy, she does need activities to keep her from turning your shoes into chew toys! Wrigley's favorite pastime? Entertaining herself by hopping like a deer and tossing her toys in the air. She’s an independent spirit who loves her humans and doggy friends, but she’s not clingy. She’s fully housetrained and has settled into home life beautifully, learning her name and improving her house manners quickly. Wrigley loves walks on a leash, and though she’s not had much car experience, she’s ready to explore the world with you. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents. A.A.R.F. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first! Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption.
