Teddy is an adorably loveable senior Beagle boy looking for his forever retirement home. Teddy was surrendered to rescue sadly due to his mama's medical issues and she could no longer care for him. He's a friendly, snuggly boy, who gets along well with other dogs. I like to give hugs and kisses and sit on your lap. I especially love to cuddle and sleep in the bed with you. Sometimes literally in the bed, like burrowed under the covers! I love car rides and going into stores where dogs are allowed to meet new people! When I'm happy, my whole body wiggles. If you have treats, we'll be besties and I take them very nicely. Especially if it involves peanut butter....hint hint. I'm just a generally happy boy who even loves to play in the snow zooming around. Because of that, I would love a fenced yard to run in. Walks are awesome too! I am house trained and know how to let you know when I have to go out. I can't wait to have so much fun with you. Apply today to meet me! Story
We adopted Scooby from Great Plains SPCA. He is a little over 1 year old. He is about 35 pounds and will not get any bigger. We are currently looking for a new home for him because he is fighting with our husky that has seizures. He gets along great with our German Shepard, so we think it has something to do with the seizures. Scooby is mostly house broken, if you let him outside long enough, he will poop inside. But he is learning to sit in front of you and bark to go back outside before that happens. He is great with my 14- and 9-year-old and is great when we have friends over. He looks toys as well. Just make sure to have to hard ones because he is a chewer. If you don't have toys to chew on, he will go and find something, like socks. Scooby loves being around people and loves to be in your lap. He snuggles at my feet at night as well. He likes to hide his toys under the beds if he can. He still acts like a puppy with his butt in the air, head down and tail wagging.

Tulip was rescued in Bowling Green, KY during Covid. Since that time we have moved to Kansas City and she has had trouble adjusting to our new home. We want to find a place that will be a better fit for her. Tulip is a very friendly dog that is always curious of anything new. She love to play with other dogs and chew on antlers. She is a big snuggle bug and will want to sleep cuddled up beside you every night. A great walking buddy for someone who doesn’t mind having her sniff every different patch of grass then want to sprint for a few feet to smell the next patch of grass. My cage is included in the adoption fee as well!
