Story
Sam is a 4yo lavender beagle. We were his third home by the time he was 4 months old. Because he was crated 24/7 and not given love in those crucial months he has crate aversion and his emotions can be odd. He wants to be in control of other dogs. He attended a 2wk board and train when he was two. He has retained a lot of what he learned but even the trainer felt he was a failure because of his quirks. Sam does love to train, he enjoys the one on one and showing what he can do. He is a fat boy who loves who loves food more than anything! He knows how to wait to eat with a Go Ahead command. He loves to give hugs. He knows sit, down, stay, high five, spin, loves to do jumps over beams and absolutely loves to go on walks! He could be an amazing pet if he was the only dog in the house or maybe with a smaller breed dog. He loves cats and other small pets, he is not prey or hunt driven. Sam deserves all the love he missed out on as a pup. We have no choice in rehoming him.

Story
Meet Pearl, a 6yr old medium-sized (25lbs) beagle who is practically perfect in every way! In true beagle fashion, Pearly-girl is amicable with everyone she meets and does well with other dogs large and small, and LOVES to follow her nose. She is curious about cats but doesn’t chase them, working on her leash skills, but does have a mischievous side and can’t resist slippers so her forever family will need to remember to hide them when they aren’t being worn! Pearl would prefer a fenced in yard so she can do her zoomies safely and sniff every blade of grass to her heart’s content. She might like to take some classes with her new family and learn some more basics and tricks, she’s eager to please and a smart little gal! Pearl is crate trained and potty trained, is up to date on vaccines and preventatives, spayed and microchipped and her adoption fee is $250. ##2373289##

Story
This is Jack.Jack is….7, sweet, hw-, anxious (but getting more comfortable), learning how to be a dog, and in possession of the cutest underbite! Jack came to foster from a place he wasn’t wanted. He was very timid and stressed. But he has blossomed into the sweetest, most affectionate gentleman. He now knows he can take treats, get pets and be safe. And he now loves the treats, insists on pets and is comfortable playing. He is dog friendly, cat friendly, crate trained (but left free in the house he does nothing bad), great on a leash, and kid friendly. He barely barks - seriously! If you are looking for a new best friend to hang with - Jack may be your guy. He’ll go for walks or cuddle hour hours. He doesn’t like car rides but that is getting better the more confident he gets.He is gonna be so happy to find his forever home - maybe that’s with you! Please check out our adoption process & on-line application here: https://www.newhopepetrescue.com/Adoption Fee for dogs cover the following vetting:1. Story
Zeke is a very active, loveable dog that enjoys walks and being outside (especially in the warmer months). He's good at both going with the flow or with routines. He'd love a home with no kids, and might need some time if introducing to another pet (he gets along with them really well at parks, etc.). As a beagle, he loves food and sniffing for little critters outside. Although we will miss him terribly, we are hoping he'll find a new home that is a better environment for him and with people that love him!

Roscoe is a very calm, loveable dog that enjoys walks and lounging on the couch. As a senior (8 years old) he needs a little time warming up to new things, but enjoys a routine once it's established. He'd love a home with no kids, and might need some time if introducing to another pet (he gets along with them really well at parks, etc.). Although we will miss him terribly, we are hoping he'll find a new home that is a better environment for him and with people that love him!
