We're pretty sure she spent the first 2 years of her life as a feral dog depending on trash or the kindness of people for food. Well she's far from feral now!She was adopted 2+ years as an only dog by a couple who loved her. They did their best to get her out of her shell but decided she wasn't living her best life so they returned her. Once back here around her Foster's pack she acted like a regular dog. She needs another dog to be with so they can show her the ropes. She loves nylabones and toys and afternoon naps. She is very happy when her foster momma comes home. She stands on her back legs and wiggles. Her best life would be in a fairly calm home with at least one other dog and no young kids.She can't wait to meet you!Ginger does have a treatable condition called Polycythemia Vera. This is a condition that causes too high of a red blood cell count. The treatment is blood letting every 6-8 weeks. With this simple treatment, Ginger will lead a normal happy life. Louie is a 3 year old beagle mix with a lot of love to give. He was surrendered in KY at 2 and adopted a year ago. He is looking for a new home for no fault of his own. He is epileptic but it's controlled with daily meds. He has a sensitive stomach and needs fresh food or has digestive issues. He often has anal gland issues due to having soft stools from stomach upset. His right leg ACL is beginning to bother him and he will likely need surgery in the next year (no way to tell when it will fully tear). Due to these medical issues and pending surgery needed, he is being surrended. He is otherwise a charming boy with a ton of personality. Puppy energy and stubborn as an ox but he is a beagle after all. If he sounds like a fit for you, he needs experienced adopters able to commit to his medical needs.

She was a stray dog who gave birth to puppies. She had to be trapped in order to be captured along with her pups. We were told that a rescue agreed to take the puppies, but wouldn't take mama because she was so terrified. It's been a journey getting Patsy ready for a home, but she's finally ready! Patsy Puggle is a puggle (pug/beagle)-type mixed breed girl, 5ish years old and fully grown at 25 pounds. Patsy needs a quiet home with a patient adopter who will help build her confidence. Patsy Puggle needs a well-balanced dog sibling to help her navigate life. She adores her confident foster sister. She MUST have a fur sibling, no exceptions. Patsy Puggle needs a secure, physically fenced yard to keep her safe. Patsy Puggle is housebroken, crate trained and dog and cat friendly. She is not a suitable dog for a first-time pet parent.
