Story
Nymbles dream of finding his forever home has yet to come true, and like his brother Oddish, he`s spent 7 remarkable months in our shelter, demonstrating resilience and hope. This sweet boy loves people and dogs! His favorite thing? Playtime! Nymble is all about tossing stuffy toys around and chasing them down. While he can be a little nervous in new environments, slow introductions are key—once he feels comfortable, he’ll be your dog’s best buddy for zoomies and tug-of-war! At almost 2 years old and travel sized (about 38lbs), Nymble is the perfect companion for adventures! He’s super smart and eager to learn, though he’s still adjusting to the world outside the kennel.

Story
Hi there! My name is Lainey! Aren't I just the sweetest girl? Before being rescued by Beagle Freedom Project, I went through a really tough time. I was hit by a car and then dumped at a high-kill shelter, left all alone and scared. But I never gave up hope, and when BFP heard my story, they jumped in to save me! Now that I'm healthy and healed, I'm ready to share all my love with a family who will cherish me. I may have a funny little walk (thanks to my past injury), but it doesn't slow me down one bit-I still want nothing more than to be by your side. I'm a total cuddle bug, always eager to snuggle and soak up affection. I love neck and ear scratches, and if you rub my belly, I'll roll right over to enjoy every moment! I'm also a bit of a talker. If I see a cat, squirrel, or even a stranger, I'll give a little howl to make sure you know I'm keeping an eye on things. I just want to be with people-I'm happiest when I'm near you, getting all the love I can! If you're looking for a loyal, loving companion who just wants to be close to you, I would love to be your girl. Will you give me the forever home I've always dreamed of? I would prefer a home that has: No other dogs (I'm okay with other dogs, but really prefer to be the center of attention), adults-only (I'm too nervous to feel confident around children), lots of love! My location: MENIFEE, CA *Please note that third-party sites like PetFinder or Adopt-a-Pet may sometimes list multiple locations for the same animal. My correct and current location is the one listed directly above!* If you are interested in adopting me, please fill out an adoption application at https://bfp.org/adopt/ Please email the Beagle Freedom Project Team with questions at: adopt@bfp.org. Hi, I'm Lee! I'm a super friendly and loving boy that adores people so much it makes me get the zoomies!!! Even though I'm a happy boy now, I haven't always been this way... For the majority of my life, I lived in a tiny cage at an animal testing laboratory and was subjected to painful experiments every day. Now that I've been rescued by Beagle Freedom Project, I am loving my new life! Despite everything that I've been through, I am such a joyous dog now. I do well with other friendly dogs, too! I am active and playful and my ideal forever home will be one with lots of fun adventures and play opportunities! I promise to be the most loyal and loving companion ever for my adopter. Could you give me my forever home? My ideal home has: Adults only (or older children!), no other animals (I want all of your attention!), lots of love! My location: NOWATA, OK *Please note that third-party sites like PetFinder or Adopt-a-Pet may sometimes list multiple locations for the same animal. Hi there! I'm Cookie, a super sweet and loving beagle boy! I'm such a happy pup; don't you just love my adorable and silly smile? I spent the majority of my life in an animal testing laboratory where I was subjected to painful experiments. Did you know that animal testing involves experimentation on dogs like me? I'm so thankful to have been rescued by Beagle Freedom Project, because now I'm starting to thrive! I can be a little nervous at first, but once i trust you, I'll be sure give you lots of affection and engage in some goofy playtime! I have a moderate energy level, so I'll make a great adventure buddy or perfect snuggle companion. I'll do best in a home where I can be your one and only animal as other dogs and cats seem to scare me. I hope an adopter notices me soon! Sometimes, I still have bad dreams about my time in the laboratory and wake up feeling so scared... could you give me my forever home so that I'll know no one will ever hurt me again? I would prefer a home that has: No other animals (I want to get all of your attention!), adults-only (or older children!), lots of love! I can be shy at first because of my past, but once I know you won't hurt me, I'll love to run and play together! I also loving getting affection and pets. Hi there! I'm Carol, a loving, silly, and playful beagle girl! I absolutely love cuddles and affection. You wouldn't guess it based on my loving personality, but I actually spent the majority of my life in an animal testing laboratory where I was subjected to painful experiments. Did you know that animal testing involves experimentation on dogs and cats, too? Now that I've been rescued by Beagle Freedom Project, I'm looking for a loving adopter that will let me be the apple of their eye! I enjoy spending all of my time snuggling and playing with people! I'm still figuring out the best way to play with other dogs as I get so excited, but I do well with them so long as they are just as sweet and silly as me. I don't prefer cats, but I've never met a human that I didn't adore! I hope an adopter notices me soon... I promise to be the best companion ever for my forever family-- could that be with you?
