Story
Cooper is about 2 yrs old. This dog will break your heart. When he came in he was limping and crawled into his dog bed and we found out his feet were so painful from the snow and ice that he has not gotten out of the dog bed. Luckily we got him in time and he will be ok. He is great with other dogs and absolutely loves people.

We got Willow as a 12 week old puppy back in 2021 and shortly after we got Reba in the summer of 22. Both are from breeders. Shortly after that I went back to work and we realized this was more than we could handle. We have tried to stick through it and find ways to keep them but have realized recently this is just not possible. We love them very much. They are sweet couch potatoes and good cuddlers, but they also need a lot of exercise and running and we do not have time to keep up with their energy. They love to run and chase bunnies and squirrels and go for long jogs. Willow 10/21/21 Reba 4/11/22

They say the perfect pet does not exist, but Obi comes pretty close. He is almost 4 years old, e collar trained, neutered, house and crate trained, and the most loving and loyal dog. Friendly, with both animals and humans. Obedient. Playful. The best family will have older children, a yard, enjoy the outdoors, and not travel often to give Obi the time and attention he deserves.

This is from his foster: This is Cooper, he is an almost 2 year old beagle mix. He came from Kentucky where he spent most of his life living outside tied up to a chain. Despite this, he is a wonderful, loving dog. He loves people (especially children), other dogs, and does fine with cats. He loves snuggling, playing and running, and being a Velcro dog. He is getting used to being in a crate (he will do his best walrus impression for about 5 minutes and then stop), and has done well with house training. The only "no" in his forever home is chickens. He hates them. He does well with all other farm animals though according to his previous owner. He is neutered and up to date with vaccines. He is Lyme positive and will be getting treated with antibiotics but has shown no symptoms. He is the sweetest dog and deserves a wonderful home (if we didn't already have 2 dogs we would keep him) We arrange free transport to many states.
