Story
Snoopy is looking for a new home with someone who can give him all the love and attention that he deserves. He is a beagle mix who has been enjoying practicing his new routine, going on leash walks and getting proper house training since moving to the big city from a yard. He is doing so good and is an expert student at using training pads. He is very energetic and vocal (he talks!) for a seven year old, and he'll will bring you his favorite squeak toy and shower you with hugs and kisses. He has also learned how to do new tricks since staying in his foster home like sit, stay, and how to fetch his toy. Snoopy doesn’t mind meeting other dogs on walks and is friendly with all people, but he is a “one dog only” kind of dog, as he does not get along with other dogs inside his home. He is such a sweet boy and prefers one-on-one time with his family, so he can have all the love and affection for himself.

Story
Where are your dogs going if you pass away??? Well, Pepper’s past owner died and when he was found by someone he was understandably distraught. He nipped the person but didn’t cause any damage. Then he was taken away by animal control which added to the stress and confusion. You lost everything in an instant and end up at a loud, scary, overcrowded animal shelter! Pepper is safe with a loving foster. He is house trained, good with other dogs his speed and size, good with dog savvy kids and he’s extremely grateful to be out of the scary shelter. No health issues. Mature, easy going dude. Would probably be fine as the only dog too.

Story
Hi there! My name is Lainey! Aren't I just the most adorable girl? I was rescued by Beagle Freedom Project after being hit by a car and dumped at a high-kill animal shelter. Luckily, I've recovered beautifully since the accident and I am absolutely thriving! I adore people and always want to be by my person's side. I'm a total cuddle bug and always eager to snuggle! My favorite place on earth is your lap! I love neck and ear scratches, and if you rub my belly, I'll roll right over to enjoy every moment! I'm a sweet and social girl who will love accompanying you everywhere-- errands to run? I'm in! Camping trip? I'll be there! As long as I'm with you, I'm happy. I do well with other pups of all sizes but would prefer to be the only dog in the home so I can soak up all of your attention. I'm looking for an adopter that wants the best and most loyal companion-- could you give me my furever home? I would prefer a home that has: No other dogs (I do well with other pups, but would prefer to soak up all of my adopter's attention!), Adults-Only and/or older children 8+ (I get scared when small children cry or make sudden/loud noises!) My location: LOS ANGELES, CA *Please note that third-party sites like PetFinder or Adopt-a-Pet may sometimes list multiple locations for the same animal. My correct and current location is the one listed directly above!* If you are interested in adopting me, please fill out an adoption application at https://bfp.org/adopt/ Please email the Beagle Freedom Project Team with questions at: adopt@bfp.org. Story
Hi, I'm Lee! I'm a super friendly, loving, and affectionate boy who adores people so much it makes me get the zoomies!!! Even though I'm a happy boy now, I haven't always been this way... For the majority of my life, I lived in a tiny cage at an animal testing laboratory and was subjected to painful experiments every day. Now that I've been rescued by Beagle Freedom Project, I am loving my new life! Despite everything that I've been through, I am such a joyous and gentle pup. I'm playful and active while also being snuggly and sweet-- I'm the best of both worlds! I promise to be the most loyal and loving companion ever for my adopter. Could you give me my forever home? My ideal home has: Adults only (or children 10+), no other animals (I'm okay with other pups that I meet on walks, but I'd prefer to be the apple of your eye!), lots of love! My location: NOWATA, OK *Please note that third-party sites like PetFinder or Adopt-a-Pet may sometimes list multiple locations for the same animal. My correct and current location is the one listed directly above!* *Beagle Freedom Project facilitates out-of-state adoptions, provided the adopter is able to travel to the animal's current location for pickup.* If you are interested in adopting me, please fill out an adoption application at https://bfp.org/adopt/ Please email the Beagle Freedom Project Team with questions at: adopt@bfp.org. Hi there! I'm Cookie, a super sweet and loving beagle boy! I'm such a happy pup; don't you just love my adorable and silly smile? I spent the majority of my life in an animal testing laboratory where I was subjected to painful experiments. Did you know that animal testing involves experimentation on dogs like me? I'm so thankful to have been rescued by Beagle Freedom Project, because now I'm starting to thrive! I can be a little nervous at first, but once i trust you, I'll be sure give you lots of affection and engage in some goofy playtime! I have a moderate energy level, so I'll make a great adventure buddy or perfect snuggle companion. I'll do best in a home where I can be your one and only animal as other dogs and cats seem to scare me. I hope an adopter notices me soon! Sometimes, I still have bad dreams about my time in the laboratory and wake up feeling so scared... could you give me my forever home so that I'll know no one will ever hurt me again? I would prefer a home that has: No other animals (I want to get all of your attention!), adults-only (or older children!), lots of love!
