She and her mom were abandoned at a rural Central Valley shelter, where their future seemed uncertain. Thankfully, a loving foster family in the Bay Area stepped up to give them both a second chance, and now River is thriving!

If deemed a good fit, the foster parent will reach out to schedule a meet-and-greet or seek additional information.
In the event your application isn't accepted or might be a better fit for another dog, we will provide feedback and suggest alternative matches. Your application remains active for 90 days, allowing consideration for other dogs in our care. Simply email us if there is another dog you would like your application to be applied to.

All our dogs undergo comprehensive vetting, including spaying/neutering, microchipping, DHPP, flea treatment, deworming, and Rabies vaccinations. Additional vet care is provided as needed based on their requirements. The adoption fee for this dog is $450 serving as a non-refundable donation. Adoption fees may vary based on factors such as vetting costs, transport, and age.
