Odie came into rescue after being hit by a car, and had a fractured right rear femur.  Had a very expensive surgery, and is still on four more weeks of crate rest...but the leg is as good as new. About 2 years old, and about 22 pounds.  He is the sweetest, very mellow boy.  Loves everyone.  No cats.  But Odie loves other dogs, and would be fine with older considerate children. Definitely needs a yard.  No apartments or condos.  He's a strong boy (twice the height of a Dachshund) with long legs. I bought Bailey as a puppy in 2020 kept me busy and company during covid 19. He is 5 years old. Healthy and has good energy. Loves to go hiking and camping. I had a baby and my schedule is busy the family grew and unfortunately have to move into a bigger home. That dont allow dogs. We have 2 beagles Bailey male and Charlie female. Unfortunately will have to rehome Charlie as well. If we can rehome both together would be perfect. They sleep inside but are house trained to do business outside. They walk twice a day in the morning and afternoon. Looking for someone to dedicate time to them and give them a better life and can possibly take them outdoors more. Bailey is a little more vocal and whines more than Charlie. If can take both let me know or if interested in one or the other I will send Charlie's info if needed

📌 Important Adoption Information All of our dogs are currently living in private shelters or foster homes in South Korea. Once an adoption is approved, dogs will travel to the United States through legal and approved international transport procedures. Video calls are available prior to adoption, and adopters can communicate with our rescue team in real time through our official organization and app-based messaging channels throughout the process. • Rescue Story: Say hi to OhGong👋 a sweet, friendly boy with a charming black muzzle! He was found on the street in South Korea at 3 months old and taken to a high-risk city shelter along with his five other siblings. Luckily, they were rescued right before euthanasia by the rescue team and started living with other dogs in the local shelter. Despite some time spent at the shelter, Ohgong was given a chance to live in his current foster home in June 2023. His current foster family has been taking good care of him since, and Ohgong has learned how to harmoniously live with people with love, and now he is ready to find his forever home😊 • Personality: Friendly, Sweet, Gentle Just like when OhGong was widely known for his super friendly personality among the shelter staff, he continued to be very loving and sweet to his foster family. He loves to kiss you and be petted by you. His energy level is medium. He is usually calm at home but becomes active when playing with toys! Plus, he is such a gentle walker. • Affinity with - Dogs: Very dog-friendly! He doesn’t even bark towards other dogs. - Cats: He tends to chase cats out of curiosity but doesn’t show aggression. - Adults/Kids: Good with people in general but a little bit shy around male adults / Okay with kids. He is rather indifferent to them. • Walking Manners: Super well-mannered! Pacing with his person without pulling the leash. He responds to “Let’s go” while sniffing around. • Housetrained: Fully housebroken, going potty outdoors as well as using pee-pads indoors • Separation Anxiety: None. He showed some signs of separation anxiety at the beginning of foster, but not anymore when two months of foster passed. He spends most of his time sleeping while he is left alone at home. • Bathing/Brushing: Tolerates both very well. • Car Rides: Very comfortable with car rides. • Barks/Howls: Almost none. Just a little bit of barking only when greeting his family at home. • Appetite/Food Allergies: No allergies. • Likes/Dislikes: OhGong LOOOVES playing with toys, especially squeaky ones!
