Story
Nate is a 5yo chocolate Beagle. He’s friendly and good with other dogs and kids. We were told that he lived with a cat when he was about 1yo so he might be good with cats still. He’s playful and energetic. Owner surrender reason is lack of time and space for him. Nate is not housebroken, he was an outdoor dog at his previous home, so he’ll need house training once he gets adopted. We’re working with crate training to keep him indoors at night and he’s been doing very well. Included with adoption: - Wellness exam - Vaccinations up to date (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies) - Fecal test (Negative results) - FLEX4 test (Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Anaplasma and Lyme) (Negative results) - Heartworm/Flea/tick preventive given up to date (Simparica Trio) - Microchip with lifetime enrollment (AKC reunite) - Neuter surgery - Leash and collar - Adoption contract - Some of his current food Nate is ready to be adopted! Feel free to fill out an adoption application form if interested in adopting Nate, and we’ll get back to you. Pick up is in San Diego, CA. Transportation is also available to the right home, depending on distance.

Story
Alexa is a 2yo tricolor Beagle, we rescued her with her litter of 6 puppies, a few weeks ago. We were told by the family that had them that they didn’t have time to take care of the babies and apparently no time for the mom either so they were all surrendered to us. They only kept their male Beagle, who is the father of the babies. Alexa is good with other dogs. She has a friendly personality. She’s not housebroken, we’re working with crate training to sleep indoors at night. Alexa arrived skinny and had worms but she’s doing better now, after a deworming treatment and she’s been eating very well, and starting to gain weight. Included with Alexa’s adoption: * Wellness exam * Vaccines up to date (DHPP, Bordetella & Rabies) * Rabies certificate * Dewormed * Dog passport with her vaccine stickers/deworming info * Fecal test (Negative results) * FLEX4 test (Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Anaplasma & Lyme) (Negative results) * Microchip with lifetime enrollment (AKC reunite) * Spay surgery * Leash and collar * Adoption contract * Some of her current food If you’re interested in adopting Alexa feel free to fill out our adoption application form and we’ll get back to you. Alexa is ready to be adopted. Pick up is in San Diego, CA. Transportation could be arranged to the right home, depending on distance.

Story
Copper is a beautiful bicolor Beagle boy. He’s 8 months old and about 25lbs. He’s currently in a local foster home (San Diego, CA) who’s working with his training. Copper came from a breeder in SoCal that has been struggling finding homes for their older Beagles. We’ve helped placing in adoption a few others of their Beagles and they reached back to send Copper with us, to find a good home for him as well. Overall, Copper is not trained, socialized and has separation anxiety. He needs someone that will be available to continue working with him building his trust to new people and introduce him to new things, he was kept in a single property at his breeder’s since he was a puppy so everything is pretty much all new to him. His foster says that he’s been doing better everyday! Here’s an update provided by Copper’s foster mom: “-He’s starting to go potty outside. He does great on the puppy pads, but we are working on going outside -He does great at night, he loves to cuddle -He’s starting to come when called and is learning his name -He is letting me reach to pet him -He likes to play with toys -He’s not a fan of being left alone -He follows me around the house -He’s food motivated -He does okay on the leash, he’s still scared of noises so we do short walks on the quiet streets and avoid people and dogs for now -He’s scared of little kids, he’d do best in a home with older kids or adult only home -He does well with other dogs -He’s a curious and overall happy puppy Once this guy gains a little bit more confidence he’s going to be an amazing pup! He has a funny personality and such a unique, handsome face!” This was the same case with the other Beagles that we took in from the same breeder, and they’re now doing great in their new homes. They just need training, a routine, lots of patience, time, treats and love! Included with adoption: - Wellness exam - Vaccinations up to date (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies) - Rabies certificate - Fecal test (Positive results for Giardia) - Giardia treatment (Currently on treatment) - FLEX4 test (Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Anaplasma and Lyme) (Negative results) - Heartworm/Flea/tick preventive given up to date (Simparica Trio) - Microchip with lifetime enrollment (AKC reunite) - Neuter surgery - Collar/harness and leash - Adoption contract - Some of his current food Copper will be ready to be adopted by mid December. Feel free to fill out our adoption application form, if interested in adopting Copper. Pick up is in San Diego, CA. Transportation could also be arranged to the right home, depending on distance.

Story
Dodger is a 1 1/2 yo bicolor boy, he’s about 27lbs. He’s currently living with his owner in Lake Elsinore, CA. Due to personal unfortunate circumstances her owner recently had to move with him to an apartment complex and he’s not doing well there. He has separation anxiety and every time his owner leaves he barks and the neighbors are complaining about it. He doesn’t like to be left alone, he needs an owner who is home often or would also do well in a home with a yard and another dog, he loves dogs and he’s also good with cats and kids. He’s house trained but hates crates, due to his anxiety. He’s very playful and a cuddler! Included with adoption: - Wellness exam - Vaccinations up to date - Fecal test (pending results) - FLEX4 test (Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Anaplasma and Lyme) (pending results) - Heartworm/flea/tick/dewormer preventive given up to date (Simparica Trio) - Microchip with lifetime enrollment (AKC reunite) - Neutered - Leash and collar - Adoption contract - Some of his current food We’ll take Dodger in this weekend and he’ll be ready to be adopted soon.
