She does well with kids, and other dogs, but would do best in a home without cats. ❤️ RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the Pennsylvania/ New England area and delivered in Pennsylvania and RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. Nocciola loves to be outside enjoying nature, rain or shine! He still has a lot of energy and loves to walk and run. He is house and crate trained, and great with children. Some more interesting things about Nocciola include his fear of the word "pillow," and his preference for stiff cushions over soft dog beds! Stumpy-Bassett Hound/Labrador Retriever (Bassador) male, ~ 1-2 yr. (March 2024) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for application to adopt. Stumpy is living in a very rural area with a family that asked for help in finding him a new home. He's used to living a family life with children and loves the children. He would be best as an only dog. He's a mixed dog but a popular mix, called a Bassador. The Bassador temperament can vary a lot depending on whether they take after their Lab or Basset Hound parent more. Generally, they are sociable and loving. We are fortunate to know how Stumpy has done, living with a family. Bassadors love attention, especially from their favorite person. If you want a dog with a very unique look who’s loyal to a fault, the Bassador could be the dog for you! Stumpy's adoption fee is $350 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. Ronny is a handsome 3-month-old Beagle/Hound mix who is ready to join your family!! He currently weighs 15 pounds and we estimate that he'll mature to around 35 pounds. He sports a stunning, short red and white coat. Ronny loves to run and play in the yard, play with other dogs, and give kisses! He is shy at first, but warms up quickly. Ronny does well with cats and children. Won't you open your heart and home to this handsome fella? (ME, 4/22/23)**It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption fee: $395 covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip, and an Alabama State Health Certificate. Transport, if needed, is $160. We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs. When Irish eyes are smiling, does that mean they are happy? Or maybe they had too many pints at the pub? My eyes are smiling, and I am a non drinker, just want to have full disclosure here! Even though my eyes were smiling in these pictures. I was desperate for help for my little one, Lewis. You see, he was dying...full of internal and external parasites he really had no fight left in him and I knew it as his mother... so I used my Irish eyes to get us saved. AND IT WORKED!! Our lives are do amazing now, Lewis is alive and well after some very intense care, and ADOPTED INTO AN AMAZING HOME!!! I am not ever producing more babies, so it is all good! Now I get my turn for love, comfort and safety and a FOREVER HOME!! I am an adorable girl, about 50# of low-rider basset/heeler-ness. I am great with other dogs and like to play keep away! I am ready when you are, do your stuff so we can ride off into the sunset, in air conditioning, of course! She is a wonderful mix of calm gracefulness and perky puppy. Outside, she loves to run around in her yard, and comes when she's called (well, mostly). She loves to bask in the sunshine and ADORES belly rubs. Inside, she loves nothing more than to get up on the couch with you, if allowed, and snuggle in for the night, or daydream as she gazes out the window. Traci gets along perfectly with other dogs, and is doing great with her housetraining. She is not a rambunctious girl, but does love her occasional zoomies outside. She's an excellent car rider and is learning a lot about how to walk on a leash. She'll be a great by-your-side companion and you won't be able to resist her big brown soulful beagle eyes. Traci is up to date on all her core vaccines, and has been spayed and microchipped. She is also up to date on her preventatives and dewormings.
