Copper is the sweetest little bundle of joy you could ever imagine! Copper is a seven-month-old Jack Russell Bassett Hound mix, weighing in at just 10 pounds. This little guy is a perfect mix of playful and cuddly, with a personality that's as bright as his name.
Copper's story is a bit of a bittersweet one. His previous owner, who loved him dearly, had to make the difficult decision to give him up after being diagnosed with cancer. She wanted to ensure Copper would find a home where he could get all the love and care he deserves.
This adorable pup is as friendly as they come. Copper gets along wonderfully with everyone he meets—dogs, cats, kids, you name it! He's always up for a play session or a snuggle on the couch. Despite his small size, he has a big heart full of love to give.

Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have.
If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement.
