Meet Caroline! Caroline is approximately of 1.5 year old, 33 lbs currently, and she likely has some black Basset Hound in her mix! She was surrendered after her elderly owner could no longer care for her. In her foster home, she is working hard on her house-training, crate training and walking on leash. She could go to a home with kids 10+, and other dogs. She has not been exposed to cats.Her foster says, `Caroline is pretty easygoing. She learned quick where the treat stash is. She`s very gentle when taking treats. When it`s time to go outside, she stands so still while I`m putting the leash on her. She would enjoy going for walks but would also be pretty content being a couch potato.`She is available for adoption in N Dartmouth on February 14th. Hi, everyone. My name is stella mccartney and I am a dairy special Bassett Hound mix puppy that was born the middle of October to a pure bred Bassett Hound mom.  Me and my siblings were born in the woods where the man who owned my mom was living in a tent and down on his luck. He contacted a foster of Critter Cavalry Rescue, and she came to pick us up a few weeks ago and help us get our shots and worming and our spays and neuters done.  I am living in a terrific foster home that is allowing me to run and play in the yard and in the house, and to also be mentored by their adult dogs who are showing me the ropes.  My foster mom laughs at me because she says I am fearless.  It seems that one of the adult dogs really doesn't like me and my sister very much because of our puppy energy, but I still persevere trying to get him to like me. My foster mom says I don't take no for an answer.  I am a happy girl and very excited about meeting a new family soon.   We are going to have so much fun running in the backyard and letting me.Sniff and play and explore and cuddle. Hello, My family: Rosebud (F, momma), Elmer (M, daddy), Zinnia (F), Roisin (F, Irish for Rose), and Magnolia (F). We were found on a country road with few houses and fewer cars passing by. To our blessing, a lady in a pickup truck came by shortly after we were dumped. It was also in our favor she knew who we were and that our owner had died. Our savior was a foster mom for this dog rescue. We are healthy, happy, and ready for our very own homes. We are shy at first with strangers, but that doesn't last long. We are social babies. Our foster mom has many other dogs/ puppies, cats/ kittens, and horses. We love the water. There is a little swimming pool and a creek. Rosebud (F) would like to go for walks or hiking. Elmer (M) Is special needs. When he exited the yard one day, he returned the next day. Something had attacked him. His left leg had repairs done outside and inside of his rear leg. No residual problems. He also had one toe on his left foot amputated. Zinnia (F), Roisin (F), and Magnolia (F) are the silliest, happiest girls. They love putting their face in the water and blowing bubbles—just clowns. We are all ready to be adopted.
