WINSTON is a 9 month old, male basset/beagle mix. He's got the basset low rider body and the turned out toes, with the trimmer size of a beagle. Regardless, he is nothing short of charming. He's got personality plus and struts his stuff with pride and confidence! We are discovering/working on his basic skills - leash, crate and house training. He's doing very well in all categories. His social skills are excellent. He's outgoing and he's good with other dogs. We feel he'd be great with children. At present, he only weighs 24 lbs so he should mature to 35-40? It won't matter, he's always going to be low to the ground! This guy is very close to move in condition and we dont think he'll last long. Miles was previously adopted from our shelter, but his family returned him because they didn't have enough space for him. Despite his rough start, Miles is a well-behaved and housebroken pup who is now looking for a forever home that will give him the love and attention he deserves. He weighs around 58 pounds, making him the perfect size for a family looking for a medium-sized dog. Miles has a loving personality and would be a loyal companion to anyone willing to give him a chance.
