Meet Arlo! Arlo is the cutest little shortie ever! he is a Beagle/Basset mix boy and just loves everything about his life. He loves toys, and people, and dogs... and walks, and did we mention toys? Arlo is going to do best in a family who is there to take him on lots of sniffing walks and play. A fully fenced in yard is preferred because Beagles sure do like to lounge outside and sniff.  The adoption fee of $450  will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. Although we do the best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can make no guarantee. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED! Puppies are cute, cuddly and looking for a family to call their own. They need an owner who is home often, and willing to help with training, socializing and housebreaking. They need to be let out often so they can learn to go potty outside. Training is required, and we will need to see proof from adopters that puppies have been signed up for classes. They need an owner to be committed to them forever, and in return they will reward you with a lifetime of cuddles, kisses and love. Sound like a commitment you're ready to make? She is cautious and needs to continue building her confidence. But that doesn`t mean she`s not sweet and loving! She loves to lay in your lap and give tons of kisses. If you`re okay with it, she`s happy to cuddle up next to you in bed and sleep the whole night through. Zara is good with other dogs, cats, and kids, but she is scared of big dogs if they`re loud or come on strong. She`s working on potty training and crate training. Story
Toffee is a 20 lbs., playful, affectionate, and energetic young beagle mix looking for a forever home that better suits his needs. Toffee is super cuddly & sweet puppy (about 5 months old) who loves to play, snuggle on the couch, and eat. He is looking for a home with at least one other dog in a non-urban environment, ideally with a fenced in yard or quiet neighborhood. He is crate-trained to sleep through the night, fine with cats, partially house-trained (lasts about 4 hours), and is making progress with basic commands (sit, wait, leave it, bed). Like most puppies, he likes short bursts of play or walks and then good long naps. He's food-motivated, smart, and has a ton of love to give. Recently adopted into a busy city condo, Toffee has struggled with reactivity to dogs, children, and guests, which has made urban living overwhelming for him. Despite his family’s love and dedication, including training efforts and research, they’ve made the difficult decision to rehome him. Toffee thrives in calmer environments and would do best in a suburban or rural home where he can have space from his triggers. Toffee gets along well with other dogs, especially in doggy daycare, and would likely benefit from having a confident canine companion in his new home. He’s cuddly, playful, and has gained confidence with time, but he needs an experienced owner or someone willing to continue working on his training to help him overcome his challenges.
