Meet Bella, a sweet 4 1/2 year-old female Basset Hound who's ready to start her new journey with us! This lovely lady is already up-to-date on all her vaccines and preventatives, and the best part? She's heartworm-free! However, Bella does require some TLC to overcome her skin allergies and possible infection. She's currently on medication and a new diet, which we hope will help her heal with time, love, and care from her foster family. If you're ready to open your heart and home to this deserving girl, please submit your adoption application, and we'll be in touch! Let's give Bella the love and happiness she deserves!

Story
Morty has always been fine around other dogs but my girlfriend and I just moved in together and he does not like living with her two dogs. While he’s not violent around any dogs, I think he’s probably best in a home where he’s the only one. He is typically low-energy and loves to lounge (and eat!). He is usually crated when we leave the home and doesn’t like it, but he’s been know to let his curiosity get the best of him when he’s left on his own. Unfortunately, both of our jobs require us to be away from home for decent stretches of time and he might be best with someone who is able to spend more time with him. He is a very affectionate dog who likes to explore outside and is great/very gentle with kids. No major health problems, just a bit older. Perfect for someone looking for a companion.
