Story
Ivy is incredibly smart and cuddley! She plays well with other dogs her size (and larger), loves people and kids! Working with Jax humane. Crate trained! She gets along great with dogs at the dog park We've tried to curb her jealous and possessive behavior, but sharing a home with our other small dog leads to conflict. Ivy was surrendered twice before us. Mainly due to time commitment. During her second stay at a shelter, she was attacked by a stray dog who jumped the fence. She won the fight and has a partially clipped ear from it. Despite this, she has never shown aggression towards stranger dogs. We have had her for about 8 months. She is a great dog but, over the past month, has developed territorial behavior with our other dog, a 15 pound corgi mix. She does very well with small dogs at the dog park. We've decided it's best to re-home her into a home without other dogs or at least, confident dogs of her same size.

Story
Copper is a sweet sweet pup who definitely had a rough up bringing before me (shy/ anxious). He is 5 years old and healthy as can be! Loves to run, go on walks, ride in the car for hours, and even play with his friends at daycare. He is a little cautious around men so it takes sometime for him to build trust! Women no problem! (Ladies man) I am moving to a small apartment in the city and he needs a bigger place and an owner who is home more. He can also sleep all day! So for someone who works during the day. Copper is really good about it.

Story
We rescued Betty from the woods as a 2-year-old dog while living in Oxford, MS. Her origins are unknown to us, but early on a vet told us she was probably a lost hunting dog. She has a bobbed tail (probably the results of an early injury were told) and a nic in her ear. She has been our sweet scamp for 11 years. She loves going on walks and being outside. Betty is now 13 years old and has begun to show jealous tendencies towards our toddler. Betty has always been an only "child" and the change in status has not been good for her. She is calm, and is food motivated. She is silent. Betty does not bark (an excellent quality for traveling which Betty does very well). She is great in a car and great camping. Betty has been a loving member of our family for a long time and is in excellent health. She has never been overweight and she has some good years ahead of her. We will miss Betty, and feel strongly that our home is no longer the best place for her.
