Story
S’moresy (A503205) and his brother Frank were found on Ash Street at approximately 5 months old. Life on the streets was not easy. They relied heavily upon each other for comfort and safety. After months in foster they have blossomed into sweet, playful goof balls who love to window watch squirrels and birds, play games of chase, snuggle up beside you as you watch TV, and cuddle up together for long catnaps.S’moresy is pretty chill once he warms up, but he does like to ease into new things. Play is definitely the key to warming up this boys heart. He has a sweetheart side to him that craves a quick lap snuggle session and his purr is always at high volume. He is still somewhat hand shy, so older children and adults will have the best connection with him. He prefers to be the one to initiate affection. He will nudge you eagerly and meow to ask for pets. He even meows and begs by tapping his paws on or near you if he’s feeling ignored. S’morsey is stunning with his toasted marshmallow coloring and snowshoe point coat. His eyes are a little crossed which gives him a goofy look to match his playful nature. He has a white heart shape in his fur that takes up most of his back, a dark spot on his paw pad shaped like a heart, and when he stands with his back legs together it makes another heart shaped marking that says, “Love you” as he walks away.He enjoys loop carpet scratching posts, window seats, toy mice, and a cardboard box to destroy. No puff ball toys please, as he will try to eat them. He and his brother Frank are a bonded pair who wish to be the only two pets in the house. He also likes food and should be fed according to age and weight limit recommendations and not open fed. He currently eats Purina One Tender Selects Dry Kibble and pate (wet canned food) in salmon or any poultry flavor.
