Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Poor Buddy was brought into my vets office as a stray. The lady that found him had planned to keep him, that was until she discovered he was Heart Worm positive. She told the vet to go ahead a put him down. Thank goodness my vet decided against that, and kept him at her office as he went through his treatment. He did great!
The vet tech decided to take him home with her. Seemed like a great fit at first, Sadly, her dog didn't agree. Buddy was bitten in the neck and now has a swollen area that will most likely always be there. Buddy was not the aggressor, nor did he try to fight back. Buddy simply doesn't realize that it's poor dog etiquette to not look away, when another pup stares at you. I have spent time with this baby and I can tell you, he's an absolute sweetheart. He just needs to learn his doggie manners.
He seems to get along fine with the office kitty's. Acts as if he's not at all interested. I really believe this beautiful boy will make the right person the most perfect best friend. I want so badly for him to experience the love and affection that he so deserves. This story has been one heart break after another. Let's get him home for the holidays! You will fall in love with Buddy at first sight!
I'm marking "needs experienced adopter" simply because I don't want him to be hurt by another dog. You would need to use caution in doing a meet/greet. Ideally, he needs to be an only child.
