Please take me home today!
My name is Mowgli and I'€™m a 3-4 year old merle Great Dane. My owners abandoned me and I ended up in a shelter but the shelter knew it was too much for me. I'€™m so glad they called Forever Friends Great Dane rescue so I could be in a foster home!
When I first got to my foster home, I had kennel cough and didn'€™t feel very good. My humans got me some good medicine and I'€™m feeling better and better each day. This also means my personality comes to light more and more! My owners left me in the house when they moved out of the country and I was so confused. I didn'€™t get to go outside so inside the house became my potty pad. My foster home had to start potty training 101 with me because I got used to going wherever I wanted. I'€™ve made big improvements in this and I like that my foster home is happy that I go outside!
I'm working on my manners in my foster home but I'€™m going to need formal training when I'€™m adopted. I'€™ve never had training so I want someone to show me what to do and not do! I also need the continued socialization since I was abandoned. I live in a foster home with big and little humans and I like them all as long as they give me attention! I also live with big and small furry friends and like them as well. I'€™m not picky as long as someone is giving me attention all the time! You would be the same way if you were left alone! ¦I have to ensure that never happens again!
